I liked this bag so much I bought a second one! My old Precision bag gave up the ghost and I found the Ghostfire bag when I was searching for a new one. This bag punches above its weight in terms of quality and instrument protection. It’s easily the best gig bag for the price you can get.

I have several hollow body electric guitars.
And I have a reasonably good plywood case for most of them. But for the way I travel, I usually better trust a good stiff gig bag., plus, since I ALWAYS have other stuff to carry, I really appreciate shoulder straps.

The two without a good bag are a Gretsch G2420T, (with a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece), and an Ibanez
    AS93FM

And the Gretsch was what I really wanted this bag for. I measured with a good tape, and a little wishful thinking I suppose, because it doesn’t fit. The bag is just a little narrow, just a smidge short, and the Bigsby does not fit at all.

I have had no end of trouble finding a bag that fits this guitar well. Again, I have a hard case, but I want a GOOD bag. Gretch has a bag in their catalogue, (also available on Amazon) that Gretsch says will fit – but at $69.00, it is either a heck of a deal, or… (I have found that you do NOT always get what you pay for, but you almost never get what you DON’T pay for. I was expecting to pay up to 3 times that price for the quality I wanted!) But I went back to Amazon and ordered one.

    AS FOR THE GHOSTFIRE BAG…

It fits the Ibanez just as snugly as it can – almost too snug, so I will keep it. I think it will probably fit my Les Paul well – but on the verge of being too loose. -and I already have a very good LP bag.

Provided you have a guitar that fits this bag, I like it very much indeed. It is quite sturdy, the materials appear very durable, the neck and headstock are very well supported (always a question for LP players!), and good storage, especially with the removable/attachable accessory bag.

And for the price, it really does seem quite the bargain.

I just wish it fit my Gretsch

I needed a protective case to fit my Spector Bantam short scale bass. Most bass cases are huge and I have a small car. I was very impressed with the quality and durability of this case. it is nearly as rigid as a hard case once it’s zipped up and the removable accessory bag is large enough for a lot of your gear. I don’t actually use the accessory bag attached so the gig bag is even more streamlined and find that I can keep my strap, microphone and cable in the case without it. I also have a Gibson Les Paul Tribute bass that fits like a glove in this case so I may be purchasing another one. I would rate this case right up there with the Protec Contego series as far as quality but their guitar case is a bit too short to fit my short scale basses like the Ghostfire.

Es una funda de una exelente calidad, sin embargo el tamaño es más pequeño de lo que se muestra.

Great option for Strat, Tele or LP, solid body electrics. Heavy duty zippers, good padding and storage, They provide two neck support pads, to help you fit your guitar as best as possible. It has a detachable carry bag that clips on and off, it has a smaller storage compartment behind the head stock, and a long zipper zipperpanel running the length of the case, so you have very good storage options.
There are tougher soft cases on the market however they are 2.5 times the price. This case is a good value, it is one of the better cases I have found in its class.

Well padded and versatile fit for different styles of guitars.
Removable pads and neck support are very nice touch.
Can’t comment on the durability but seems well made.
Much better than the standard gig bag.

I have one of these. For all of my Guitars. Great
value for the money. They seem very durable.
And well made. My only concern was the box.
The box they shipped it in. Was way to big. Seemed like a waste of cardboard. I could fit a
65 in flat screen in it. The last time I ordered one. They shipped it. In an appropriate size box. Oh well. I guess the box they used. Was
The only size they had. At that time. Would I recommend 🤔 this item. To anyone who plays guitar. And looking for a good case. That won’t break the bank. Yes definitely yes. Oh if you have a semi hollow body. Like a es335. Or a
Grote es335 copy. It won’t fit. Tele, strat, sg,
Jackson dinky. Les Paul will fit just fine.

I’ve only had hard cases in the past with my guitars and bass. I wanted to try these because of the reviews and the experience of hard cases being overkill 99% of the time. This unit did not disappoint! I tried to find it in blue but blue was available only for bass. I got it for my Schecter Banshee Mach 6 and it’s perfect. It comes with two different sizes of neck support pillows. One stays at home for the work bench now. The additional bag straps to the outside of the bag and fits everything I need and the overall protection rivals a hard case and I can’t think of one time in the 37 plus years that I have been playing that my guitar would have been damaged whether it was in this bag or the hard case. Maybe if you’re on the road for years touring the world you might require the hard case but the ease of use and light weight with the incredible protection this bag offers it wins every time for me. Totally worth every penny.
