I bought this wallet 5 years ago, and it still holds up just as well as the day I got it. If you’re looking for the most practical, durable, and simple wallet on the market, this is the one.

Enough space for the important stuff and fits in your front pocket. Previous one I had got lost but lasted for many years with no damage or anything.

I got this Herschel card sleeve to replace a (much more expensive) slim Bellroy wallet. As much as I wanted to love the Bellroy, it was unusually long and kept falling out of my pocket. I never lost the wallet, but there were a couple of close calls.
On to the Herschel….
The Herschel showed up when I was searching for card wallets., I was impressed by the price, so I thought I’d give it a go (no big loss if it didn’t work out). When it came, I loaded it up with four credit cards, my driver’s license, and some insurance cards, and slid some bills into the center sleeve. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it held the cards. The material seems to be firm with very little stretch, so I, like others have noted, quickly stopped using the rubber band.
About the band – as noted above, it doesn’t really seem necessary and only adds unneeded bulk, but I can see where it might come in handy to hold receipts or parking garage tickets or something.
The sleeve is impressively slim! Loaded up with all of my cards, it is slimmer than the Bellroy without any cards in it.
If you don’t need to carry a large amount of cards (and who does these days with digital payment tech), this Herschel Card Sleeve should be great options for you.

I’ve had this wallet for 3 years; it’s been with me through several bags, jobs, moving – the works. I can testify that the durability for normal wear and tear is high for constant use. Cards were a little hard to slide out during first use, but I quickly got the hang of how to push the cards out smoothly. After recently cutting down my increasing stack of cards stuffed in there to just a couple cards, I noticed that it was a little on the loose end now – just enough so that one rough shake had the cards sliding out half an inch, but NOT fallen out. I’d say that’s pretty good for a wallet stuffed beyond its recommended limit for a couple years! I decided to buy another one and just keep the old one as cards storage. The ONLY “con” about this wallet is that it’s so minimalistic, I sometimes find myself patting my pockets frantically for it because I can’t feel it on me.

I’ve been a Herschel cardholder wallet use every since I bought one. And I think I’m not changing anyone soon unless I find a better. It’s already given that this wallet is very slim, but the cards that can hold is surprisingly a lot.
I have nothing to complain, though this is because it is perfect for my use as I don’t carry coins, receipts, loyalty cards, and all unnecessary stuff in my wallet.
This wallet is very durable too, I wouldn’t have replace my last one if I didn’t see this at a better price. I’m sure this will be with me for a long time unless Herschel puts out this one there again that I can’t refuse to stock up on this cardholder wallet.
AAA+++

After using it for a while I find these are fantastically stylish wallets for a ‘minimalist’ like me.
Something unexplainably shady happened with my order. Had they not more than doubled the products price literally overnight of my purchase I would have bought more as gifts for my 8 nephews with similar style to mine.
I adore this wallet.

Bought one in Octpber for a holiday we had booked as needed a compact card holder that also had room for a few notes. This fit the bill perfectly.
I was impressed at the amount of cards this could hold, even though I only needed it for 2 cards. The centre pocket is perfect for notes, Euros or Sterling if folded in half fit snugly, as long as you don’t need to carry bundles of notes, I found 6 notes fitted with ease, double that if you needed them but it would be a bit snug.
Tested the NFC blacking using a phone app and it detected nothing from any slots inside the wallet.

It’s a great wallet, my only complaint is that sometimes the cards are hard to remove out of it.

I bought two of these back in February for a friend and I. He was using a Ridge wallet and I was using a leather bi-fold. My wallet was absolutely trashed, but more importantly, thick and bulky. His wallet had cracked (just the plastic front piece, still structurally solid) and the elastic bands were worn out.
We both wanted slim wallets that we could fit in our front pockets. I have always carried my wallet in my rear pocket, but it was starting to cause back pain. My buddy kept his in his front pocket, but he had so many cards that it was uncomfortable.
After 5 months, we are both still very satisfied. First off, this wallet will make you cut down on the amount of unnecessary cards you carry. I had membership cards and gift cards that were years old, needless to say, I had no reason to have been carrying them for years. After throwing away more than 10 cards, I’m down to about 6.
At first, the pockets are TIGHT. After a couple weeks, it breaks in slightly and is much more useable. After the initial break in however, they have stayed the same, i.e. not overly loose, no cards fall out. I keep 1-2 cards in each outside pocket and 2 spare vehicle keys in the center pocket, a few bills if I happen to have cash.
The size is pretty much perfect for a front pocket wallet. I wear slim fit skinny jeans and the printing is about as minimal as can be expected. A small trade-off for greatly increased comfort versus sitting on a thick later wallet all day.
After 5 months it is holding up wonderfully. No loose seams, no fraying, no looseness of the pockets. I would absolutely recommend this, especially at this price. You can spend more, but you won’t get more for your money unless you need a formal wallet, or business wallet etc. For a casual wallet, it’s perfect.
