This pedal has good voicing, I prefer the classic sound to the warm setting, which is too bass-y for me. The pedal is very well constructed, the body is metal and it should be very durable. It is smaller than most volume pedals so it should fit well on most pedalboards. One limitation: the wah output is not adjustable, it is output at the full volume of the pedal. This is not a problem for leads, but you will need to roll off the guitar volume to use the wah for rhythm playing.

TLDR: This pedal REQUIRES a TRS CABLE to function properly. The INCLUDED cable (TS cable) DOES NOT allow for full functionality of the pedal, so you’ll have to get your own TRS cable to use this pedal!
FULL STORY:
It took me a LONG time to figure out how to get it to work properly.
I thought the pedal was broken, since it was acting strange and did not function properly. I requested a replacement pedal to be sent out to me. The replacement pedal I received did not function properly either, just like the first one. Once I bought a TRS cable and used the new TRS cable instead of the included TS cable, it finally worked!

I’m using this with a Hotone Ampero II Stage. The expression functionality works as intended. it has a toe switch button to toggle between different functions of the pedal to allow control of a volume pedal and then with the click of the button, use it as a wah pedal.
The expression functionality uses a TRS cable. The second 1/4″ input jack just requires a TS cable to control the toe switch.

Il pedale, un cavo mono (che in questo cavo non vi serve, ma è utile se avete pedali esterni e volete collegarli tra loro) un poggia piede adesivo di ricambio, un velcro per collegarlo ad un eventuale Pedalboard e le istruzioni.
Ricordate di acquistare uno o più cavi stereo (trs) da 1/4 per utilizzarlo con una funzione o 2 funzioni premendo lo switch.

So far I have had not issues using this unit. Works perfectly as intended/advertised, HOWEVER, I’ve seen in some forums and some videos of people trying to update the software and bricking these pedals, so for that reason I can’t in good conscience rate this a 5/5…
Volume sweep feels good and natural, grip tape is amazing, feels like it’s literally grabbing my foot, and the build quality feels good and strong!
Will update in the future should I come across some sort of issue.

I previously owned the soul press 2, when I saw Cory Wong had come out with this model I was intrigued. I also remember seeing him live and knew he was using the same pedal that I was. Or so I thought.
I got back home and tried to do some of the swells he was doing live or use the wah like his. I quickly came to the realization, They weren’t the same models. He absolutely improved on the soul press 2. This thing is built like a tank, is the same size as the old one. The volume swell is amazing. And absolutely usable. There’s no jump in volume instantaneously, it’s extremely smooth. I highly recommend to anyone on the fence for this one.

Cuando lo compras te regalan un pequeño cable TS pero no se usa ese cable. Deberás comprar un cable TRS para que te pueda funcionar. Ya aparte de eso es un muy buen pedal. Es pasivo no necesita baterÃa ni alimentación

This pedal is fantastic. The strobe tuning is incredibly accurate, the volume pedal has an excellent sweep and weight, the buffer sounds good enough to me, and the build seems very durable. Great interface, good usability, perfect small enclosure, and great value. Highly recommend this pedal!
One con: the pedal’s click to go from volume to expression makes a slight noise that reaches my signal. For me it isn’t an issue, but thought I would note it.

Je cherchais une pédale d’expression avec un switch.
Cette pédale correspond exactement à ce que je voulais, c’est une pédale passive, ne nécessitant donc aucune alimentation. La configuration avec le GT1000core pour activer et désactiver un effet ou un paramètre ainsi que le contrôle d’une Wah par exemple est très simple. On peut affecter une fonction différente suivant les différents patchs. Parfait!
