This TV is awesome. For the price, I feel like I got a steal between the built-in Roku interface, audio, and HD display.
There do seem to be some software issues with the Roku apps. Apple airplay, Apple TV, Apple Music, and Max all give me errors when trying to use/sign in. I was never able to log into my Max account. I have to airplay from my phone which is inconsistent, or use my boyfriend’s account.
For some reason, it tells me my login details are incorrect (Apple and Max) on the TV even when using the right credentials. For Apple, the QR code to login from a phone does not appear unless I reinstall the app a few times.
That’s really the only significant downside I have encountered, and it seems to be more of a software issue than an issue with the TV/Roku.
Hoping Roku releases updated Apple and Max apps to fix these login issues. Googling online shows that other users run into the same issues.
My recommendation with Apple TV/Apple Music is to close and then uninstall both apps using the * options button. Then, power down the TV and disconnect from power source for 30 secs. Reboot TV, download Apple TV, attempt to log in, then download Apple Music and log on after.

My new TV arrived a day early and in excellent condition. Assembly consisted of screwing the feet to the base of the TV and set up couldn’t have been easier. The set up program asked me to choose my Wi-Fi network from a list of SSIDs, then I had to enter my password to authorize the connection. Next it downloaded all the latest updates so my TV can be as secure as possible then it offered to scan for local TV channels, but I don’t have an antenna yet (It’s coming tomorrow), so I moved on to choose any streaming apps I wanted. Finally, I got to watch a movie to see how the picture looks, and I’m more than impressed! It’s beautiful! This is a great looking TV for an excellent price! I could not be any happier!

Only use it as a simple hdmi monitor.
Just set it to true 4k size and it looks great.
Much better color than a 4 year old samsung.
(I’m not reviewing smart features or alesa, I just dont use those.

Me llegó en buen estado, me gusta la calidad de la imagen, tiene un modo juego automático y el cual funciona muy bien, el sonido es bueno aunque no es su fuerte.
Viene con 12 GB para aplicaciones el cual es un espacio poco pero tal vez suficiente Ai los juegos los descargas en una USB y si no descargas muchas películas.

Let’s start with the fact that this TV is huge. Any larger wouldn’t have fit in the back of my 21 Explorer. I am very impressed with the picture quality for this TV. All of the Alexa integration is great. It is hard to beat the overall package for the price. I think I may have picked up the last one of these when I ordered it. The only gripe I have is that sometimes it will change inputs automatically while watching something. It may be Alexa getting confused with dialogue? Who knows. All in all an excellent purchase.

Saw a ton of TV’s in the $500+ range that look worse. Works with your Alexa, which sounds stupid until you try it a few times. Pick up your console controller and say “Alexa switch the TV input to HDMI 1” and watch it happen. You can pretend that isn’t the greatest thing since not having to change the TV to channel 4 but you’re lying to yourself.
Is it the best picture quality available? No way, but those TV’s are over $1k and you can snatch this for under $300. It’s fulfilled by Best Buy and was delivered to me by geek squad. The closest Best Buy is 45 minutes away. They called me to say they were 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. Couldn’t have been a more customer first experience.
The picture is not the best but it’s much better looking than most TV’S on Amazon that are double the price. Runs any streaming app that I have and if you get a 2nd Amazon TV in the house it will transfer most passwords so you don’t have to login twice. If you can beat it at less than $300 please let me know. Amazon or best buy haven’t paid me for this review.

I really like the TV however, the other reviews were right, the apps don’t work. I just bought a ROKU device…. Easy fix! I think it’s a great TV for the price!

We had an Insignia flat screen for almost two years and we paid four times as much for it then. And gradually the picture quality deteriorated until the screen went dark. So we decided to get another one because of was a fire TV and the price was good. I cannot say it enough but I was shocked as to the quality of the picture. The resolution exceeded out expectations. This is truly a big bang for your buck. You are getting an excellent resolution quality for an incredible discount. You can’t go wrong. If your looking for a really good quality today screen and you are on a small budget or you don’t want to spend a lot, then this is the way to go. I give Insignia two thumbs up!!!
