Not all that comfortable

Due to the fact that I work remotely, I require a good Bluetooth headset. Although I am a Jabra fan, I am NOT a fan of Jabra talk 35. It is poorly designed. First…. it does not sit in my ear properly. Constantly trying to reposition it, I accidentally push the headset’s buttons and ultimately hang up on the caller. That is frustrating. Secondly, I have a difficult time hearing my callers’ voices. Third… my callers complain that my words are hard to discern. I do not recommend this headset. As a side note, I did purchase the Jabra rubberized Steel. It can be purchased via Amazon. This is a durable headset; it fits properly in your ear; it was designed for military use; has noise cancellation; and is not too expensive (around $50 to $65).

Overall this unit has some great features unfortunately the sound as many others have mentioned is way too low. I can only use this in my home not at work because I cannot hear anyone talking to me. I also own the Jabra 25, which is much louder and overall I think a better unit.

we did not like this product because it has a low sound quality while calling.

This is a great little headset. I bought this for a friend. I’ve spoken with her on the phone and the call quality is very good; very clear and doesn’t sound robotic or “digital”. The active noise cancellation works as advertised. Even listening to music is a pleasant experience, despite this being a single-ear headset. There is a good assortment of ear gels for a a more custom and comfortable fit. I’ve been a longtime user of Jabra products and continue to stand by them. Worth the money.

This is the most uncomfortable phone ear-piece I have ever used, and I have had many. I’ve tried each of the different size rubber ear-pieces that came with it, and none fit comfortably in my ear . . . and I do not have unusually large or small ears! It either feels like it’s rammed into my ear, or it feels like it’s about to fall off.
Too, the volume, even at it’s maximum level, is quite low . . . even in a no background-noise environment. My last device which, I am sad to know, is no longer made or I would have bought another, would, when I pressed the volume control announce ‘Volume up’ or ‘Volume down’ or ‘Maximum volume.’ Oddly, with this device, when I press the volume control, a voice says, “Battery level high,” which is not what I want to know!
I can’t address the battery life because I have not had this device long enough to determine that.
The so-called instruction booklet that came with this device is almost useless. It merely tells you what anyone would be able to figure out in a minute.

I am a high – usage headset person, and have been searching for something that is reliable, clear, with all features.
This is not it. In fact, it was the worst of them all.
The over-ear clip, which I would venture to say most people use and it comes already attached to the unit, is the most uncomfortable, cheap plastic ring I have ever seen. Jabra should be embarrassed to skimp out on basic comfort.
Next, the ear-speaker is large, does not stay close to your face. Which leads to the next issue:
You cannot hear well, or be heard well.
For greater sound, go with the Talk 55. However, that does not have any volume control buttons, so if you need a volume other than what the unit determines, you are out of luck – and $80.
It amazes me that no company can make a solid, reliable headset. Going back for my 3rd Voyager 5200, which works well but, at least for me, was not long lasting.

Very good for use in the car, at work around the shop.

I just don’t know why so many bad review so far my husband have this earpiece since February 2022 and still going strong my husband love all the features on this particular one he doesn’t like all those new one that they are out now because they doesn’t stay put in his ear and plus the volume works good and they are comfortable.
