Very good sound quality picks up the bass well and comfortable. Very pleased with the purchase.
Bohdana Dovhalyuk –
I bought these headphones to play guitar. I’m no expert but if you’re looking for the opinion of an average person, these are awesome. They sound great and the multiple jacks options is helpful as I can now use these for casual listening as well as plugging it into my amp. I also appreciate how adjustable they are for people with bigger head dimensions. The long chord is also useful especially for guitar players. 100% recommend a very good budget option for any musician or casual listener!

I received the JMH-01 headphones with an issue: The 6.35mm adapter was missing. The seller was prompt to respond, had good communication, and resolved the issue quickly. Excellent, imho. (Primary reason for 5 stars.)
The sound is overall good, though somewhat crisper in mids and highs than their AT look-alikes… but not bad by any means. Just some difference compared to the m50x. I have a well-broken-in pair of m50x’s These are out-if-the-box, so keep that in mind for these sound comparison remarks.
I heard no unreasonable bass boost, muddiness, or other “fault” that my ears can hear. That said, I would not use them for critical mixing. You could, as long as you “know” them, which is true of any headphone. I believe they will be acceptable for podcast editing and/or live monitoring (which is my intended use). A good reasonably priced option.
The build quality “feel” does not instill the greatest confidence, however, I expect they will hold up to normal use. I plan to treat them gently. In other words, I don’t think they are a “tank”. The build is very very close to the m50x, though these may or may not be the same materials. (Looks cab be deceiving in this area.) The swivel of the ear ups are substantially looser on these than the m50x. Longevity will tell the story on the build point..
Some reviews have commented on the detachable cord. It is noisy, but not unacceptable for monitoring use. It *seemed* a but more noisy that the m50x (with head-turning, rubbing on clothing, etc.), but then that could have been my minds expectation.
I discovered that a generic slim 3.5mm plug will fit in the receptacle should the cord need to be replaced. (Emphasis on “slim”). It stayed in tight enough that I was not concerned about it coming out. If it was loose, a little tape on the plug should give it a secure friction fit. Good point that a proprietary cord need not be purchased. Most audio people have a few of those in their gear. If you do this, I suggest a rubber or pvc sheathed cable versus a braided one as braided would create more noise in friction movement.
Overall, the JMH-01 seems to be a good set of headphones and a good budget-friendly alternative to more expensive options. Bottom line: in only initial testing, I like them. Again, time will tell a better story.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting much. But absolutely was taken back by the quality and performance.very durable good material. IMO they out performe most . Easy to carry . Brianna Kurmai –
I just want to start of by saying I have had many different types of headphones over years between apple ear buds u get when you get a ipod touch to cheap ear buds from 5 dollar and bellow to upgrading to cat ear gaming headphones and samsung ear buds later on. But never have I had such crisp quality from headphones like this were I got emotional and I’m being brutally honest as someone who has sensory issues. This really is a game changer in hearing music in whole new depth and clarity that I never heard before as someone who’s singer and song writer. Its really great price on top of it for the quality it gives and comfort as well as that was another huge issue I dealt with alot of ear buds or headphones that I couldn’t wear very long due to discomfort. I hope these headphones last me a long time and hope this review is helpful to others who are deciding in buying these headphones. Sellers are extremely nice as well and even reached out to me about making sure quality was what met expectation even before it got delivered to my house. I appreciate having a company that cares about customers and making sure quality fits there needs. Can’t wait to make some beats and really test these out more!

These are fantastic for the price. Bought them for my daughter to use while learning guitar. They sound pretty great and they’re pretty comfortable. I might buy a couple more for my home studio
Julian Contreras Neri –
for the price these are decent for headphone producing the bass is nice and punchy and not drowning out all the other frequencies, treble is very crisp and hits the highs very well, mids are lacking very slightly, they could do with being a bit louder but theyre loud enough for most scenarios ,very comfy to wear
overall for the price they are definitely up to the job
Paul Saunders –
Excellent headphones for a very reasonable price. Very good at noise cancellation. No complains so far.
Sean –
Solid buy as it works for guitar or if trying to stream and if using with a microphone you hear your voice so clear with no other sound. Great value for the price.
DAdamS –
There’s nothing shabby about these headphones — clear and transparent low end with no boominess whatsoever. The highs are natural and clean, with no shrillness and uneven peaks. They put me in another world as a listener. As a former recording engineer I’ve paid a couple hundred dollars for this kind of quality, and here it is in a $30 package (and nicely packaged I might add). I’m ordering another pair because after testing a bunch of other cheap headphones, all of which were junk, I know I won’t easily find this quality when I have to search again in the future. Certainly not for the price. I didn’t rate the “noise cancellation” because they aren’t electronic noise cancellation headphones.
They are passive, but they cup the ears well and keep most noise out.
In essence, these are nice, real nice. Comfortable too. I only needed them for playing my electric guitar at night and they didn’t have to be all that good. This is a welcome surprise.
I just reread this review after it got put up, and it’s so glowing it looks fake but it isn’t. I could edit it but I won’t. I did just find out that they make another model for a few bucks more with twisting earpieces and a female plug at the earpiece so you can stow the cable separately (those long cables are a nuisance). They say it uses the same driver so that’s the model I’ll try next. Maybe the high end could be a touch brighter, but that quickly goes towards tinniness, and it might just be that my ears don’t hear highs like they used to. But for the price, no complaints. I can’t understand the negative reviews saying there is no bass, unless there’s tremendous variation in manufacturing. Anyway, enough said…

The sound is good, surprising even. The headphone joints are a bit floppy but even that is forgivable for the price, but to screw it all up with a proprietary jack!! Fail… Where are the replacement cables available? Joyo should know better.
