My Cockatoo and Blue Front Amazon like this mix. They don’t throw this out all over the floor like they do with some other mixes. I pick some treats out of it for my little Sun Conure. There are some empty shells but I just pick them out. The price fluctuates alot on this product??

Second time ordering and perfectly fresh. Blue and gold bird loves it. Big bites of all types of nuts for him, very small amount of little seed. Great product
Update….. Third time I’ve ordered and found the good is still fresh and bird still likes it But…. I have found there are no longer any Big Bite Nuts included. The walnuts and other large mints are gone. A few almonds and same amount as before peanuts. I have also noticed it is same mixture as their regular parrot gourmet food except price is more money for one pound more for big bites bag.
I now purchase a bag of big mixed large nuts to add to package.
Since he enjoys this brand I will continue to buy but the regular gourmet and add the mixed nuts.
Shame they continue to call it Big Bites since they have removed all the Big nuts to be called Big Bites

I agree with some of the other buyers. This isn’t the same food I used to buy. This bag is loaded with dirty peanuts and tons of sunflower seeds. It used to have alot of almonds and walnuts and other goodies but this looks pretty bad.

Just ordered this for my macaw and when I open the bag today the food looked fresh n lots of different nuts n seeds so to me it looks great n fresh… no bugs cuz I empty the bag into a big clear container then I mix his with cashews n pistachios. So far so good I will update if he doesn’t like it but if no update then it’s great just wish the price was a bit cheaper 👍🏽

I can’t rate the flavor as it is pet food….LOL I have ordered this product from another vendor in the past and the price is comparable, although I do think it is a little overpriced for the increased amount of sunflower seeds in the mix. The mix used to have quite a wider variety of fruit. I have noticed in the past 2 years the quality of the mix has declined. There are quite a bit more broken nut shells with no meat.
