The workmanship of this unit is impressive and the sale price reasonable. The 2 separate temperature zones is effective and the manner in which the unit was prepared for shipping was outstanding.
The described bottle capacity of this cooler is inaccurate, contrary to the per the manufacturer’s advertised 46 bottle capacity. This capacity feature is grossly misleading and if I was aware of this condition, a different cooler would have been purchased. The capacity of this cooler is a function of the bottle’s diameter, 12 (750 ml) bottles of a Cab S from CA required 2.5 shelves and due to the bottle’s diameter, moving adjacent shelves is exceptionally difficult and may compromize the wooden shelve’s integrity! The claim of up to 46 bottles needs to be defined per the size of the wine bottles to be stored therein.

I have a spce in our cabinets designed for a wine cooler of this dimension. The unit performs well but I had to extend the feet almost to the maximum. When sliding it in place the sheet metal and feet were bending badly. A friend and I had to lift it and place it in the cabinet. Thicker metal and a nut on each leg would make it much sturdier. Only a few cents and a superior product.

I ordered the wine cellar on 13July
But the door handle was unable to attach to the door
Contacted the customer service
They said that the screws maybe too long and advised me to order screws from Amazon and refund me $30
The screws that they recommended to order is the same that weren’t able to attach
They just don’t admit that the cellar has defected and keep back and forth message for 2 weeks and still no solution
I ended up to stick 2 silver stickers on it and quite disappointed about the product and customer service
