I bought this stand on the recommendation of my teacher, when I complained about most stands only allowing 2 pages at a time.
This stand does support 4 pages, BUT, as already noted by others the lip on the extension arms is almost non-existent, meaning that pages are frequently falling off. Given that just last month I bought the Cahaya 4-in1 for a fraction of the price, which is somewhat heavier but has a large solid tray (and clips to hold pages), that the Robby is slightly lighter and can handle 4 pages are the only 2 advantages I see. Since I like the 4-page capacity I’ll keep this, but I’m guessing the Cahaya will get more use.

Better than the prior version, but still lacking. This version has extensible trays (for additional sheets), but has some design problems:
1. The extension trays have a minuscule lip in the back, and the side arms have one less jointed segment, so the 1st and 4th sheets (that one can put on the extension trays) are supported very precariously.
2. The top has a decorative little harp, which would be a nice touch if it were not that it interferes with every LED light clip.
The base and telescoping mechanism are excellent, and the stand is attractive, and well built.

I bought this to replace a cheap music stand which had reached the end of its life. This stage is absolutely fantastic – high quality, strong, the finish didn’t scratch or chip and it folds down nicely.
There ability to put up four pages simultaneously is also a real boon. Everything does into place nicely, and there are extra legs which can be used to hold open a book.
This is a great stand, and well worth the money.
