I’ve come to expect very little from the customer service aspect of buying online and even less with automation and AI. KiUSTOM CYLCE HAS GIVEN ME FAITH AGAIN.
I ordered a custom printed shift linkage that came in one day without Prime. Only problem, the color of the lettering was a few shades off. Knowing it was a custom ordered part through Amazon, my hopes were not high that it would get corrected.
I contacted Kustom Cycle by email and received a personal response within a day or two. Better yet, the same day I noticed the email. I found a new, color corrected, part in my mailbox.
The part itself was just as described, super fast shipping and great customer service. Highly recommend

As the one photo shows, the red, under a bright flash with flash reflection, is nowhere near what is pictured on the listing. In regular light, it’s more of a maroon/burgundy, as seen in the other photo. Not sure how durable it would be given that it’s just a vinyl decal. The quality of everything looked good, solid, but this needed to be red. Not dark red, not maroon, not burgundy, just red, as the product pictures show. Contacted the seller, who stated that this looked more orange than red, and was easy/friendly to deal with. They sent out a replacement with a return label for the first. Second one was identical. Returned both today. May be great for other colors, or those looking for a really dark shade of red.
