This kit is sturdy, very responsive and incredibly portable. I highly recommend this for a travel kit for any level or as a great starter kit before you decide to invest in a whole drum set. I would recommend you buy a snare stand with it – make sure it supports up to 14″ diameter.
I have seen some bad reviews about the kick drum switch – but I have found it to be pretty responsive – it just takes a little practice. And keep in mind, you have an output available to add your own pedal and switch if you desire. The high hat pedal works just fine.
This kit is very easy to customize – each drum, pedal or cymbal can be voiced and volumed to your choice of play style.
Headphone jack works well – make sure you have a long enough wire so it is not in your way while drumming. The kit sounds good with my Fender Amp.
Lastly the feel of the drums and the cymbals are very nice. The snare is especially responsive. It is pretty quiet in headphone mode as to not disturb the neighbors.

As mentioned above I wish it had a rimshot setting and a little bit of sensitivity control on the foot pedals. Once you get all the pads dialed in the response feels pretty natural and the ease of use is not even an issue. Actually a pretty decent drum machine for the price, I really have no complaints there.

Bought this as a gift for a 9 year old. It is is surprisingly robust, and probably good for percussion students looking to use something more than a simple practice pad, or someone without the space for a fuller size drum kit. Set up was easy, it has performed well. I recommend this.

I have been a musician for decades. Guitar is my main instrument, but I like to have a set of drums for recording. Over the years I have had a typical Pearl drumset, an Alesis Command X e-drum set, and a small Yamaha DD65 (to use mostly as hand drums)… these Lekato e-drums sound good, both for recording and for getting some percussion when playing with friends. The layout is good, the triggers are accurate, and they sound good through my Bose PA. Easy to set up, although I wouldn’t disassemble them to put in the carrying back, just because it takes 15 minutes or so to set them back up. I bought this as a bundle with the “motorcycle style” drummer’s throne – absolute most comfortable throne I’ve used. I set these drums on a snare stand – compact and comfortable.

Update: This unit has one major issue. There does not seem to be a way to save any changes to the default sound level of each drum. The default setting for the Toms are way too quiet. I can bump them up but as soon as I change kits it reverts back to default. If someone finds a solution I will change it back to 5 stars.
Update 2: Support is of no use. They said read the manual.
There is a lot of capability in this little kit. All pads are custom configurable. Sure, the pedals are the weak link but it just takes getting a little used to. Very happy based on the price.

Overall is great and it’s very very impressive for it’s price,nice idea by LEKATO to help us the drummers to play when you don’t have much space or you need it on the go (the bag is huge) also the pair sticks are nice too . The disadvanage of the kit if you can call it a e drum kit is the pedals, so you have to connect a real e drum bass to the extra cable they give ,in my case the YAMAHA .The hihat cc is great when you play vst such as ezdrummer 2 or 3 with no need to configure.
