Logitech G G PRO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard – League Of Legends Edition

I love my custom, clicky, thonky blue mechanical keyboards, but sometimes you need something a bit quieter…

I tried reds and hated them for typing – apparently I “rest” my fingertips on the keys (more than I should?) and made more typos than usual. I was hoping that the promise of browns (quieter than blues, but with some tactile feedback) would be the solution! Are they?

Kinda…. They are definitely quieter than blues which is a low bar to clear, but I wish they had more tactile feedback. I’m not feeling a hint of a click/switch/scrape so they somewhat feel like stronger-springed reds. Either way, this keyboard is better than typing on reds and accomplished my mission of finding something quieter to type on.

Bonus – RGB and feel – this really does feel like a quality piece of engineering. It’s hefty and sturdy. If you can ignore some of the blatant branding, it’s actually pretty nice overall and you can manage all the settings, including RGB, via the Logitech app. I like how there’s a dedicated “go dark” button.

Negatives – wish there was more key feedback, and I wish the cord wasn’t dead center but on the left corner. =)

Es un muy buen teclado, precioso estéticamente y con muy buena respuesta. Si te gustan los teclados mecánicos es una opción realmente a considerar. Sin embargo, si dentro de tu círculo cercano hay gente al que le moleste el ruido, definitivamente te lo van hacer notar.

Si eres fanático de league of legends como yo, te lo recomiendo. Su tamaño es muy bueno, las teclas funcionales al 100% tengan en cuenta que es un teclado en inglés por lo tanto algunas combinaciones de teclas no son las mismas que en español, recomiendo cambiar el idioma del teclado en tu pc y descargar el Logitech G HUB para uso de sus funciones en colores, no es ruidoso, es algo liviano pero sus materiales y acabo son de alta gama. Recuerden que al ser un teclado mecánico sus teclas se pueden sacar para darles limpieza. De momento las teclas no se han borrado, ya que había leído que con el uso este modelo y el de KDA se les borra las teclas pero creo que no es posible ya que yo lo uso de Gaming a diario y por ratos largos.

It’s got an amazing light system, which you can turn down the brightness with the software or turn them off completely by pushing the button on the keyboard. And you can make a lot of adjustments to the colors and how they work. They keyboard is somewhat heavy, which I like. It types really smooth and fine. Logitech really makes great products. I like tall key caps. I hate low profile keys, and this keyboard has tall keys. However I think they may be a little too tall, so it feels a little weird right now, but I’m sure I will get used to it and it won’t be any problem. They keys work really great. They are smooth and have a pleasant sound. They’re not very loud. I can type fast without making mistakes. My last two keyboards, I made a lot of mistakes because they were bad keyboards. I didn’t know it was all because of the keyboards. I can also type faster and smoother now with rarely a mistake. I am a fairly fast typist. This keyboard will save me time because I won’t be struggling with the keyboard. I was considering buying a $200 or even $350 keyboard, but I’m really glad I bought this one because it is awesome and spectacular and it’d be silly to spend more. As long as this keyboard keeps working great for a long time, that’s all I want. Also the keyboard is the perfect size. The key layout is not overly small, so my large hands do feel comfortable with the spacing of the keys. My last mechanical keyboard was a little too compact and I constantly had to move my hands around as I typed in order to compensate for that. This keyboard is pretty much perfect unless you dislike having really tall keys.
