It assembles and works exactly like the trusty music stand we all know and love. It’s also a very, very sweet pink. It’s great for more than holding music and a pencil (and a baton if you’re in charge). It’ll even do as a slim laptop stand in a pinch. What are you waiting for? It is true pleasure to write review for such MAGNIFICENT product. It is just perfect in every possible way.
I opened the box and I already saw how well built and how heavy it was. the leg triangular part is very steady and strong, well build and very well weight so it hold the balance of the top incredibly well. To put together is just as breeze. and what is amazing is that this product has a feel like it is made of casted iron that is painted glossy rather then some cheap plastic or aluminum or something so prepare to get professional heavy duty item that one could use in a professional setting right oft the box.
I love how you can adjust the angle of the flat part where you keep open music sheets. It can tilt as much as you wish. I have installed on this a violin hold for my little one and now it is so easy and accessible. Violin is ready to be played along with the bow attached to the top of the leg of this stand. Awesome.
I bought it separately on amazon form some other seller. They work together brilliantly.
I love this stand and it is absolute keeper. My favorite feature: surface, gorgeous finish, glossy many coats of paint, like a white car or better. color is awesome too, the white is not hospital cold white but a little warm white but not like yellowish. just perfect.
Lastly, I have white wooden bookcase and it looks fabulous next to it. Just awesome.

Would recommend. Have previous experience with these music stands and purposely sought them out. Used as a teen in high school and in air cadets—they are constructed well enough for teens. Good, quality build, easy to put together. Love that they come in several colour choices. Weighty and sturdy. Very pleased.

This stand is very sturdy. It was easy to assemble and once put together is easy to adjust (raise, lower, rotate, tilt). I use it to hold my laptop in front of my bike as I use my indoor bike trainer. I can then watch a bike training video and pretend I’m cycling through Europe! Love it!

Beautiful, professional, unparalleled, Manhasset quality! This stand, used by all the pros and music schools, will last a lifetime. White color is gorgeous, flawless. (And very modern, chic, no band-camp vibes.) Initially I was worried about the glossy finish based on other reviews, but we’ve had no problem whatsoever with sheet music or books slipping. It’s perfect. So much so that I originally bought it for my daughter’s ukulele and piano music (with the uke clip-on and accessory shelf) but will likely steal it for myself, on occasion. As musicians, we were taught at our music conservatory that the quality and value you invest in your craft and materials, elevates and becomes reflected in your performance. So that being said, get it right the first time and forget all the cheap, garbage, disposable junk iterations on Amazon: this is the one. You, and the blood, sweat, tears and magic of the music you and your loved ones will create–are worth it.

Item as described. My daughter loved the color and I love the functionality and build quality. It will suit our purpose just fine.
I know that other reviewers have knocked the quality of this modern version in comparison with the older (decades old) version. Get over it. If you have one that lasted for 20 years, that’s great. But if you don’t like these newer ones because they aren’t built the same as the older, then don’t buy it. Your 20 y.o. old music stand is going to look and function like 20 y.o.. These new ones, especially the colored ones look great and are built tough enough for me. Based on what I have, I am pretty sure it can last many, many years as long as I don’t abuse it.
This one is for my daughter (she had been borrowing my 20 y.o. cheapo, off brand folding stand) and based on this purchase I will probably be buying a black Manhasset as an upgrade for myself.

This stand is beautiful! I don’t mind keeping it set out in my living room.
When I was in band we had boring black Manhasset stands so it is awesome to see them in colors.
It’s a durable stand, very well made, and worth the price.
We have a laminate wood floor and we haven’t had any issues with scratching despite my kids dragging the stands on the floor but I could see it being a problem for other types of flooring.
They are metal so they can get bent. My kids knocked it down and the corner where the music sets bent. I was able to sort of bend it back but it doesn’t look the same.
I use this stand while practicing violin and at 5′ 5″ I am able to lift it tall enough to play while standing. It is also short enough for my 7 year old to stand and practice violin.

Nice, sturdy and fairly lightweight. I love the orange color. I don’t love that the stand doesn’t have arms for holding down sheet music (I knew this before I bought it, but it’s more of an inconvenience than I expected). I do suggest you buy the plastic covers for the feet (which must be ordered separately even though I think they should come with automatically) if you plan to use the stand on wood floors. Easy enough to put together but requires a wrench and screwdriver.

Strong, solid, made to last. It’s a wonderful stand, easy to assemble, and light enough to move around with ease. The pale pink colour is just as pictured! I also highly recommend getting the floor protectors with it if you’re using it on nice wood floors.
