This cage is GREAT! For the inexpensive price, I wasnt sure what to expect. But our little hamster is loving it! Its very spacious for one hamster. We used the wheel and a tunnel from our previous hamster cage. But he loves the little house and can easily walk up the ladder to the top level where his food and water are. Super easy to assemble, sturdy and well made. We are very pleasantly surprised!

One of the pieces came broken, I sended an email and they never responded. I called more than 3 times but always they said “is not office hour” I left a message but I don’t know if they never call me or I didn’t respond. I sended a message in their page and nothing. At the end I decided use the cage. Y put a lot of tape in the part broken and I prepare the cage.
After few days the hámster broken the tape and he cut himself. We went to the vet and Now he is taking antibiotics.
I was not angry for the broken piece, the problem was they never respond me. And it was a mistake used the cage like that.
I wanted buy other cage for my other hamster but now I don’t want more.

The acrylic shelf came in broken on one side and cracked on another…I fixed it I own mice the weight of them won’t do much damage to the shelf unlike a hamster so beware of that part however my girls love it.. I mean they basically free roam out the cage already this is just a second home to them lol. The cage is cute decorative comes with cute accessories and honestly great for the price size is good as long your babies get enough outside play!! NO PET OR SMALL ANIMAL should be caged 24/7 365 I did not like the size of the water dispenser I swapped it for one I had already.. I’ll probably add a bit bigger one I swapped the bowl as well

Belle cage, mais le plateau etait brisé. Puisque j’avais déjà mon hamster nain en main, je ne pouvais pas retourner la cage. Puis-je ravoir un autre plateau seulement?

This is a awesome cage that’s easy to clean and cute, only it’s a little smaller than it should be for my Syrian hamster. This is now one out of my hamster’s two cages. Also, she doesn’t really use the pink teepee to sleep in and prefers a different sleeping house.

The plastic platform that attaches to the inside of the cage was broken into several pieces. What’s worse is that some of the broken pieces were missing, which leads me to think it was broken before it was even sent! I can still use the rest of the cage and accessories (which arrived in good condition), but very disappointed in the platform.

So I had to engineer the pieces that hold the tube connectors with zip ties and twisty ties so they would not get popped off my the little Houdini. Includes wheel that is only good for a mini or a mouse. Not a Syrian hamster I replaced with a big wheel and it’s a win. Easy to clean

Not recommended for Syrian Hamsters or my Scandinavian Hamster for smaller breeds only and one side of the platform was broken

I really like the cage and my hamster seams to like it too. He loves the “basement” area as we call it and he always sleeps under there in the corner curled up in stuffing. He likes running in the wheel, going up and down the ramp and jumping down off the upper area.
I like the waterbottle, its small and cute. It hasn’t leaked and lets out just small amount of water. The little red house is fine too but my hamster prefers hiding under the plastic. But he goes in there sometimes.
I got this cage thinking if I need to expand his space I can add tubes and another area or add another cage. I did add tunnels at petsmart and added a ‘skyscraper hideout’ and my hamster really enjoyed exploring that. He hasn’t escaped from the cage, and the cage seams very secure for him especially when there are no tubes connected to the outside.
When looking for a cage I also wanted to make sure there wasn’t any high areas my pet could fall from and get hurt so I didn’t want any multi level cages where there could be high drops. And this cage gives that multi level without being too high. He loves the ramp and different areas.
The lady bugs/stickers I don’t care about much. It wasn’t why I bought the cage.. I don’t even use them. I did put the grass sticker on the outside since my kids wanted it but I wash the cage in the bathtub and it gets wet so not sure how long the stickers will last (ill just peel off and remove with rubbing alcohol if they start looking bad).
I clean the bars, wheel, container with high pressure water and dish soap if it needs it. The wheel can get really nasty in just a couple days since i guess my hamster pees as he’s spinning. So I use the jet stream in the shower and it rotates the wheel as it cleans it. Its really easy to keep it clean this way without harsh chemicals.
Upon arrival I did notice 2 small cracks in the plastic but its just cosmetic. Also when putting tubes and trying to get on/off one of the plastic hole covers cracked a little – so I taped it and its still working okay. (Last 2 pictures)
Overall the cage has been great for our needs so far and I would recommend it if you have a dwarf hamster 🙂
