Pondo Man –
I bought this heater almost three years ago and it’s worked like a champ. I’ve never had a single problem with it. I bought the 10,000 btu heater, hung it on the wall, then drilled a hole through the wall for a 5′ stainless propane hose so that I could set my barbecue propane tank outside. Even the low setting, which I almost always use, produces more than 3x the heat of my electric space heater. And on low my 20lb propane tanks usually last about a week (that’s intermittent use; 3-1/2 days running non-stop). I don’t know much about the Mr Heater brand, but I would definitely buy this again. This little heater rocks.

The heater delivered didn’t work so I contacted customer service and received a refund. Great customer service care.

I like the output of the heater, it does a great job heating the front half of the house, the living room and a bedroom. The only thing I don’t like is the igniter, it’s a manual pezio ignition, so you have to keep turning the knob several times while holding it down to get it to ignite. My dynaglow heater at the back of the house has a battery powered ignition, which is much better. Otherwise it’s a really good heater.

Mucho problema para encender. Esperé mucho tiempo para recibirlo. Me siento decepcionado.

Perfect for a small apartment even with below zero temperatures.

I used as an RV heater, it is made well, CO2 shutoff, tip feature; says no need to vent, but I do (small opening). Great if you realize infrared heats objects, then objects heat the air. If your doors open and close a lot, you might not get the most out of this. It puts out huge heat (infrared) but it takes a bit of time to feel it… once everything solid is warm, you can turn it down to maintain temps. I used about 7 gallons of propane every 5-6 weeks in a 22 ft. Travel trailer, nice and toasty, nights down to 26 degrees. Not great insulation, nor did I have dual pane windows. A fan is not necessary in open areas. It just permeates the solid construction and wood cabinets, etc. Some prefer a blue flame heater, which only heats the air. This can be hung on a wall. I shut it off as morning sun comes up, turn it on an hour before dusk. Sleep in light blankets with this unit. This is my second purchase. Highly recommended.

Great product for keeping hunting stand warm in cold winter months! Pilot light is easy to get going, thermostat works well for controlling heat in a small space.
And you don’t need any power at all to run it.
Great quality for the price.

It was super easy to install to the point my 63 year old dad did it. It definitely keeps our kitchen area warm and I like the protective cage.

Calefaccion económica aunque tarda en encender.

Last year, during a great sale price I bought 2 of these heaters. 10,000 btu on propane isn’t quite right, though. I believe it’s more like 12,000 btus. They kick out the heat big time. Easy to hook up (portable for me) and easy to light and use. Couldn’t be happier. Just wish I had bought more as I needed 5 so each bedroom and master bathroom sure could use them. Hopefully, another great sale prices will come along and I can get the other 3. If not, it’s still worth the price at any price when you’re needed heat in a power outage or just to supplement heat for a quick warm up.
