Alright. Everything works so I can’t really complain. I have it 3 stars because it did not come with the CD so I couldn’t install the driver to get it to work. I had to get my laptop to download the driver and then transfer it via USB. It was simple but the extra steps were annoying.
I have pretty good internet so I did the test speed. It downloads a little over 157mbs and uploads at 5.7mbs.

I put this adapter on a desktop computer where I did not have direct access to internet. Signal is great and installation was super easy. Great value for the price.

The adaptor seems fine but all the paperwork points to the requirement to install the software from the “included” disc?! However, THEY DID NOT INCLUDE THE SOFTWARE! Fortunately, a neighbor was able to bring his Netgear software over and get the thing to work.

Hooked it up and it took my son’s PC from ~150 Mbps down to nearly 600! Same wireless access point. No lag in his gaming now, and didn’t have to run an ethernet cable. If your on the fence, take the plunge. This think just works.

My adapter does not work unless I reinstall the drivers every time I turn on my computer. I tried to reach out to customer service for support, but they just immediately closed my ticket and ignored me. Would never buy from Netgear again.
