Not sure I like the circular brush head more than the long/rectangular style as much I thought I would. I know I don’t like how loud this brush is compared to the Phillips Sonicare. I don’t like how hard it is to turn off this brush, having to firmly press and hold the power button for a couple of seconds. The round stem of the brush head seems large, and makes it hard not to dribble. Not sure, but it seems to not hold a charge as long as my Phillips brush did, even after years of use. This 2-pack was considerably cheaper than Phillips Sonicare, but you get what you pay for. Not satisfied at all.Eligibilty for return closed in about 60 days. Product support lasted about four months. I’m done with this brand.
