Me gustó mucho el diseño. Sin embargo tiene Diamantina que se despega. Yo lo lavé súper bien y espero que no haga daño alguno a mi pez.

Ok yes it’s small and light. It does work if you’re gentle with it. Look through the reviews there’s one that explains all of the bits and pieces that you need to do to make this work nicely. It also comes with a black plastic thing that helps hold it down you just need some gravel to weigh it down a bit and it’ll stay down just fine.

Very very cheap plastic used. Not worth the money paid for it. I’d pay no more then £2.00 however I’d never buy it if I physically saw it.

I will only buy from here again

Looks great in tank! Others complained it wouldn’t stay down, I simply added aquarium gravel inside ship half’s!

This was way smaller than I had imagined but it’s so cute! Then it’s actually a bubbler which I didn’t realize when I ordered it bc I thought HH to it was just decor. Overall good product just way smaller than pictured.

It’s the same size, but the inside is white, the outside is light blue and white. This is not a monitor difference. I haven’t hooked it up to bubbles yet.

I bought this for a three gallon cylinder tank, and while it’s really too big for it, I still love it. It’s colorful, detailed, and adorable (if you can call a ghostly, sunken ship adorable). Since I can’t use it in my tiny tank, it is going to have some glow in the dark paint added and be used in a glowfish tank for my step son. I haven’t tested the movement action yet, but I’m excited to try.

My only critique is what others have said. It IS very light and will need weighed down with something like gravel. Other than that, it’s perfect.

It does not come with a bubbler. I attached one and the lid doesn’t close, just stays open while the bubbler is on. The chest isn’t that heavy, so I had to bury it well into the gravel lest it float up. It seems a little flimsy. Nothing broke, but the pearl necklace shifted a bit while I was trying to sink it into the gravel and the lid can open at a funky angle if you’re not careful. Overall, the manufacture looks great and feels cheap.

It’s adorable. The betta seems interested in it. It fits nicely into a 5-gallon tank without being overwhelming. It’s more a key piece of side decoration. Most importantly, nothing seems sharp or jagged or in any way a danger to the betta’s long and delicate fins. It being betta safe was the most important feature for me.

This item looks cute but doesn’t work well. The biggest issue is that the whole thing floats and keeps randomly floating up in the tank. Just burying the base in the aquarium gravel did not hold it down, we had to pile larger rocks all around the base to keep it from floating and it still occasionally comes loose. The lid also does not open and close with the air bubbles, so it is just permanently open with continuous bubbles coming out.
We had a treasure chest from same maker that worked fine, it was also cheaper, did not float and the lid opened and closed… so this was a bit disappointing.

When I had my very first aquarium as a little girl, this was one of the first decorative items we baought for it. I have always been fascinated by the idea of natural meeting artificial in motion. So for both this reason and nostalgia, I bought another for my “big person’s” aquarium.

I am aware of several complaints about this item, but I also know that the user does need to give it some adustments.

This time, I actually made a number of modifications for both mechanical and aesthetic purposes. Fisrt, I removed the tiny airline from the bottom and set the mill next to a “wall of bubbles” — just at the edge so that enough bubbles could turn the wheel, but not so that it was overwhemed and would fall over, etc. Second, I used Fluorish Glue* by Seachem to attach the “legs” to a square of 1/16″ Plexiglass (make sure legs are all level — I used an Exacto knife to trim them up.) (*Fluorish Glue is a gel form of cyano-acrylate just like “Super Glue”. If you don’t use the Seachem brand, be sure to still get a GEL, otherwise it is extremely messy.) Third, I glued rounded river pebbles, 1/4-3/4 diameter, onto the Plexiglass base, except where they might interfere with bubbling action. Steps 2 and 3 help keep the rice mill in place by adding weight, and allowing me to “dig it into” the substrate a bit. This also is effective in preventing problems with the natural digging instincts of many bottom fishes. Fourth, I found some old plastice grass-like leaves, trimmed them up, and glued them among the rocks of the base.

The first photo is before the modifications (bubbles are difficult to see). Second photo is with modifications, but before returning to aquarium.

I hope my notes and suggestions are helpful to anyone else interested in this nifty little treasure! Thanks.
