Great for use as working through PT post shoulder surgery. It’s also extremely economical, was quoted $50 for the same thing by PT but this saved me some cash and still functioned perfectly for my strength and range of motion training

I got this for my mom who just had surgery in her shoulder rotator cuff repair. Now that 2 months have passed since the surgery the physical therapist has advised her to try out this contraption so she can work out at home. The device itself is good I just wish it was more sturdy and had an extra clamp or clip that could secure it to the door to ensure it that it doesn’t fling off the door top.

I’ve been using this shoulder pulley as part of my physical therapy regimen for recovery. I am thrilled with the progress I’ve made, While PT can be grueling , painful, tedious, this device has been a game changer for me. It has given me the ability to move a little faster , and a little stronger without my Myelopathy going too crazy.,
Strengths:
* Effective in increasing range of motion and reducing stiffness in upper body.
*Easy to use and adjust to individual needs by leaning a certain direction while using and pulling harder or softer.
* 1 to 1 ratio so 30 lbs pull is 30 lbs restraint.
*Portable and convenient for home use.
* Excellent for targeting specific muscle groups.
Weaknesses:
*Initial discomfort and pain during exercises( expected with recovery)
*Requires commitment and consistency for optimal results
*May not be suitible for severe shoulder injuries or chronic conditions( mights wanna ask your doctor 1st

Product arrived well packaged, in good condition, and functions as advertised. Includes a nice storage pouch for portability. The hand grips are comfortable, and the units hangs quickly and easily over the top of most any door. The devise functions well and as expected. My only complaint is that the pully is quite noisy. I would apply some oil to the pully shaft but since it is made of plastic, I am concerned the oil would cause the pully to deteriorate. Some plastics will dry and crack when petrochemicals are applied. Thusly why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Recovering from rotator cuff repair. I used pullies in physical therapy before surgery so I was happy to find this product for home use. They are very lightweight but effective. Easy to pull the hand grips are padded and comfortable. Definitely improving my range of motion. Does not take up a lot of space
