I’m a nurse and a student and I absolutely love this thing. I take report in one color and do updates in another color and I have the pencil for schoolwork. Plus I ran out of ink so I just ordered refills. Easy to put them in and they worked great.

Excellent replacement refills. Can be fitted easily. Ink quality is excellent but I find them quite expensive as nowadays a same pen is available at lesser cost than the refills in some websites.

The ink on these pens is amazing! The pens have the smoothness of a gel pen while also having quick drying speeds like a ballpoint. I’ve tried a few other brands, such as the Uni Jetstream, but I loved Pilot’s Dr. Grip the most.
It’s important to know that all 4+1 pens will never have a great pencil feature, but I feel like Dr. Grip has the best for its class and has served me very well during school.
My only complaint is that the pencil clicker is strange as you have to use the clip of the pen, but it’s something that you will adjust to rather quickly.

This pen is a great pen, it writes well, it has great flow, it feels great in the hand, I find myself using it a much as I can. However, it. cant fit my wallet/notebook or in my pencase, so I have to leave it home. I just wish it was smaller.

I hold my pens incredibly tight and hard, and I never notice this until it’s too late and my dominant hand is fatigue. The Pilot Dr. Grip alleviates the pain for longer, has a great ink, good lead (you can put your own!), and is heavy, but not enough that it tires to hold.
I just wish refilling the ink was less messy, and expensive.

Y’all! This pen is amazing! First of all, I’m obsessed with pens, they’re amazing and if you haven’t had a moment where you use a really nice pen and fall in love you’re lying to yourself! Anyway, I judge pens on how they feel when writing firstly, and this pen writes really well! All of the colors do! It doesn’t bleed, it’s not super thick lines but also easily readable! The colors are really nice!
But the BIGGEST thing I absolutely love is the fact that there is a mechanical pencil added in! Like it’s one thing to have multiple pen colors in one but to also have a pencil option pushes it over the edge for me! Yes it was expensive for one (technically more than one) pen, but if you’re like me and you love pens, or you’re just looking for a good quality pen with multiple options and actually hold on to your pens for awhile, then this is the pen for you!

Muy buen bolígrafo. Me gusto mucho por la facilidad para cambiar de colores y la tinta se siente muy fluida a excepción de la tinta verde que por alguna cuestión no la siento tan fluida, pero tampoco nada que sea un problema. El bolígrafo en general se siente de un muy buen acabado y una gran calidad. Aunado a que venden los repuesto de las tintas lo hace una herramienta muy útil para los que necesitamos escribir o simplemente nos gusta escribir. Hasta para ejercicios de caligrafía la uso yo en lo personal.
