Have been having an issue with Quality as well as delivery promises with Most things i have ordered of late. Even when says b there 2 3 days if ordered by……Thats a lie ,mostly. Anyway is as said. Works great takes a bit to get chilled and running but every six min makes a try of nice solid bullet ice. And bag and freeze it ..Finally very satisfied. I would suggest this icemaker ..i have the stainless .

Just received item today. I immediately opened and plugged in. Instructions do say wash it out first. Hey I was in the army and ate the older mres..if I can survive that I can eat anything..now you may need to follow the instructions hahaha. Anyway it took no time to start making ice. Not only does it make ice but it seems to make it quickly. BUT REMEMBER, THIS IS MY FIRST DAY USING IT. My refrigerator does not have an ice maker so it will be used alot so we will see how long it lasts and if I reduce the stars..so far it is a must buy if your looking for one

Makes either small or large bullet ice. Not very loud and makes it rather quickly. Easy to use and set up. Doesn’t take up much space. Only negatives is that the ice seems to melt if not used fast enough and it gets stuck at the front of the basket so have to check every so often and pull it forward. Well worth the money versus other machines. Would definitely purchase again and reccomend.

Used it non stop for months and it works fine. Produces enough ice for my needs, providing people (the kids) remember to refill it…. My fridge ice maker broke and this was a affordable alternative for me. Plus, I use it in my RV when I go on road trips.

I love the product and very well packaged. The thing to remember is that it gets colder and colder inside as you make ice. So after a while, I fill up cups and put them in the freezer for guest coming or for yourself. What is great is when you take them out of the freezer for use, they are very very slow to melt. Very helpful at a party

The only time we hear it is when it dumps the ice. We absolutely love it. We use a lot of ice and this definitely has saved us money and trips to buy ice. Fill it with water and select which size you want and leave it. When it gets full it will stop. When you take ice out it will automatically start making more. Highly recommend this. Do wait the 4 hours after unboxing. If not it could mess it up and it could cause it to not work.

It’s small and handy. Makes ice quickly. It is a bit noisy, especially if the water fill chamber is low. Not sure yet if well water will impact performance but so far so good.
I wondered how the ice stayed cold on the counter. Turns out ice is constantly being made- melt water goes back into reservoir. A little flap sensor tells it when ice is full. Plan to wipe reservoir out often. We have to frequently add water in a house of 5 adults- every other day.
All in all a great appliance since kids have turned freezer ice machine bin into a favored hiding spot for ice cream…

I just received it a couple of days ago on the first day I followed the instructions according to the pamphlet that was sent with it and then I begin to use it for approximately 5 or 6 hours made some ice it all came out good no problems at all and I hope it continues to do well so I am at this point very happy with it
