This is the anti-freeze required for my 2012 Chevy Volt. Preston is a great brand name and I trust their products. I was going to buy anti freeze from the Chevrolet dealer but it is twice as expensive as this. After putting this anti-freeze in my car and have had zero problems. One thing to remember, this is the 50/50 version, so you don’t need to dilute it. Just open it up and pour it in.

2006 Tahoe no drain plug, pulled the lower hose, its a little messy but does the job. only took 1.5 gallons so i went 1,000 miles and did it again. should be good for another 5 years or so. no issues with cooling or air locks.

I don’t love this protect but this is what is required from GM to put in GM cars and trucks. I only used a cup of it so far, just wanted to fill the reserve tank. I could have used distilled water but I will need this later in the year. My car is 16 years old and has a 3.8 liter engine which I had all the engine gaskets replaced. Every once in a while I need to fill the reserve tank and why not get the best.

An excellent deal. Difficult to find unless you go to a Chevy dealer. You’ll pay double the price at the dealership. If your car requires DEX- COOL, don’t use a substitute. Standard coolant will seriously damage your cooling system.
