Great little cage for my sparrows. I now own two. One for each. They are small, but perfect for taking them to their vet appointments. If you were to go on an extended trip you will need to get something a bit roomier for your little friends. Definitely a good buy.

Great buy – super sturdy and easy to assemble. You can easily accommodate a small/medium sized pet and perhaps even a little food or water cup. I was able to put two of my parakeets (Budgies) into the carrier for a trip to the vet and they were able to move around without being on top of each other. I believe this is the most this carrier could hold comfortably. I wasn’t able to fit any food or water cups in there with the birds because it would be too cramped. Please consider how long your trip will be – anything over 2 hours is too long and you should definitely consider a larger carrier.

This is the cutest carrier for my two baby parakeets. They will both fit in with plenty of room to boot! Easy to put together. I think it took me 2 mins! Bobby & Andy will love this if I ever have to use it. I highly recommend this product!

Ok, I have to say I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t hold up. This little cage is perfect for a short trip. I had to move my son’s parakeet only a few miles and I was so worried he would be scared to go into the cage. That little bird was so super happy it was not funny. I held up the cage when I was at stoplights so he could see out as he was so excited. He was not scared at all and did not act like he was confined. I did put the shredded paper down and I suggest that you put the cage in the bird’s sight for a few days so he/she can see it. He saw me tear apart paper and put it in and I even gave him some of the paper to rip apart. I think to be able to see the cage made him feel more comfortable as it was something new to him. He took the drive better than my cats did!

We go camping a lot. My daughter didn’t want to leave her dwarf hamster at home, so we looked for a carry along cage. This one fit the bill. Easy to assemble and clean. Just enough room for some bedding, a food bowl, and a toilet paper roll for the hamster to sleep in. The crate is very sturdy and is easy to carry.

This cage is perfect as a temporary parakeet enclosure, it’s small enough that they can’t thrash around when frightened and hurt themselves. I would recommend removing the perch as it is unusable do to height constraints and instead put a nonslip mat down. I only use it when the main cage needs detailed cleaning.

It’s too small for a grown cockatiel. A parakeet (maybe even a hamster) can move around easily. I tried it once on Meringue, and the poor kid couldn’t even fully turn with her long tail feather.
