I order this thinking it would fill in the bare patches in my lawn. Boy was I wrong. Ended up with a bunch of WEEDS and absolutely NO grass. When I pulled all those weeds there wasn’t any grass. So I ended up buying cheap grass seed and guess what? Don’t waste your money on this.

I was worried about buying this product initially because of the mixed reviews. I love this company’s mission however so I decided to give it a try. Another user on their site said to prep the soil first by aerating it then adding top soil, so this is what I did before putting the seed down..It worked! Two weeks later, I am seeing a lot of growth! 🙂

Was very easy to use but after preparing the bare spots, loosening up the soil, applying the product liberally, and watering 2 minutes each day to keep everything moist but not water logged, it’s not growing. Was a waste of money, time and effort.

I used the whole container around my yard in the open patches, and I have not seen any grass growth. It might be because the area I used it in usually has a bunch of pigweed or chickweed. I also did not aerate the soil because it was pretty barren, and the chickweed had yet to start growing.
The chickweed is back now.

I have crappy tifturf Bermuda grass and clay underneath. My lawn has consistently looked terrible with patches in the front. This has helped TREMENDOUSLY and prevent us from having to get the whole lawn replaced with sod.

I’ve never had great luck with other brands but this lawn patch really does the job. New grass grew in quickly.
