Grips themselves are great but the end caps are too loose to fit. Fine if you don’t care about the end caps I guess

These handles appear well-made and the color paint finish appears to be quality. After trying them on my handlebars, they didn’t feel sturdy Just relying on the two screw mounts. I changed to a one solid piece handle with the horns and it feels much more solid. I sent these back immediately.

These grips turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed. I replaced my stock Specialized grips with these. I really needed an alternative hand position. The bar end, grip end adjustable hand grips are awesome. Absolutely love them. They allow me to rotate my hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders and get some much needed relief on longer rides. The unexpected bonus is the extended palm pads and the contour of the grips themselves. They provide a remarkable difference in my comfort and improve my riding. The stock grips allowed me to form all sorts of bad habits, bad wrist angles, bad hand positions, elbow lock, scrunched shoulders… These ergo grips force you to hold them the correct way which corrects so many other things as well. To do it right, be prepared to spend some time adjusting them. Move all levers out of the way. Get on the bike, with your feet on the pedals and focus on the rotation angles of the grips to find the perfect position. Once you have the grip position, lock them down and repeat the process with the bar ends. I did mine myself propping my knee against a table. If you can have someone help you it would probably be helpful. I spent over an hour dialing mine in and it def payed off.

They are horrible at gripping bars constantly slip. I am a hardcore rough road mountain biker so I may be harder on them then you are. I torqued them to the recommended value and they just slip and slide like they are greased up as soon as I hit my first obstacle that has resistance. You will end up over tightening the grips past the torque spec to try to get them to stay in place and that will strip the bolt out of the soft aluminum. Your best bet if you like the grips is get some good epoxy and permanently attach the grips. Shame because when they are in place they are real nice. They just don’t stay in place as designed. A set screw on the grip that drove into the handlebar like they do on MX grips for dirt bikes would be an improvement over the compression end cap that they use for this grip that is just a terrible design.

3 stars for the grips there perfect and also the horns. lost 2 stars for them stupid plastic plugs that goes in to the bar. There to small. I bought Aluminum locking bar plugs. And my bars are even with the end of the grips just like the box says.

I have these hand grips on my E-scooter and my bicycle. they work great. Lock them down on the handlebars nice and tight. Make sure to clean the bar with alcohol before putting the grips on. The one I have on my scooter I have had for many years, and they are still performing flawlessly. Sometimes dirt can build up in the grooves on the hand grips, just use an old toothbrush to brush them out
