I have way more tackle boxes, bags, and backpacks than I’m comfortable admitting. Of all the different versions of tackle storage, I use this one the most. Check out the video for how I organize my stuffs. This set up is really versatile and holds a ton of gear. It’s perfect for a day trip on the river or on the boat. Only issue is that there’s not really space enough to hold live bait like worms or leeches. One of my backpacks would manage that but this one is a bit tight for those larger sized containers.
That being said, I’ve got this one organized for bass, trout, and crappie, which means it stays in my car for those last minute stops at the lake or the river.

Well, the concept of this Fishing box is good. I didn’t realize it was such shallow trace. I don’t know whether most lures will fit in this, but I think it could be used for terminal tackle i.e. hooks barbers stuff like that. I do like that tour of the tray slide out to the side And you’re able to access below them. It does come with two plastic tackle trays that you can put stuff in it but overall I just think it’s too small but it’s good quality.

I really like this tackle box. When it was designed, it was very well thought out. I especially like the clear lid and the way the top two trays swivel outward to expose a lot more room underneath them! The two #3600 don’t really need 3 snap locks and they are difficult to to pull out until you figure out the best way for you! That is definitely NOT a deal breaker though!

I have been struggling to figure out how to keep a separate box for my kayak. Most small tackle boxes are just not efficiently designed to provide enough storage for a variety of tackle while remaining organized. I like to fish salt water, and that means I might be targeting 3-6 different species depending on location and conditions that day. So i like to keep a box rigged with tackle for every occasion ready to grab and toss in my kayak. Larger bags/boxes just don’t fit well in the kayak. This box is a happy medium between a small lure divider type box, and a large lure/object type box and it really does store just enough tackle that I can target just about any species I might encounter in my kayak. To be honest, it might even serve well enough to be a good day box for my larger fishing boat to throw in the boat just in case we come across some good fishing while out and about. I might have to get a couple more of these just to have a “ready” box for each occasion. The two small boxes stored in the bottom is great, they are the best for tiny swivels and hooks that otherwise end up sliding under the dividers in larger divided containers.
10/10 would recommend.
