More expensive than most, but this is a quality mount.
Well engineered, well built, clear instructions, has webpage you can enter your exact model TV and it shows exact dimensions of mounting location.
We used it with an 85 inch TV and have no fear of a mount failure resulting in broken expensive TV.

Easy to hang. Simple elegant design. TV slipped into place and basically mounted itself once I lifted the rear clips above the mount edge. I mounted a 98lb 85 inch Sony x90l solo by simply lifting each side 8 inches at a time and blocking with the foam packing it came with on top of a desk while TV was leaning back slightly against the wall and mount. As soon as the mount on the TV cleared the height of the mount on the wall it just sort of fell into place and hung itself. I had a feeling I would be able to accomplish the mounting with some version of my plan but I was surprised with the ease of which I was able to do so thanks to simple intelligent design of this mount. Nothing fancy here. Just the right distance from wall to allow minimal but usable tilt. This mount strikes correct balance between ability to tilt and being close to wall. Good job. I will feel very confident using this mount should we upgrade to 98 or 100 inch. Buy this without hesitation in you just need tilt for a TV over 100 pounds. I feel more secure with this unit than with one that is not double my TVs weight. I like the extra room in the weight limit.

I bought an 85” TV and was looking for a wall mount that can handle the weight of the TV. The mount was able to fit my TV. Installation was easy and straightforward. My TV has been mounted for 2 months or so now with no wiggling, tilt, etc issues. It looks great, quality looks durable. Highly recommend!
