Becky OBrien –
Unfortunately this didn’t fit my car despite it saying it would fit my make & model & year. They are not accepting returns so I’m stuck with it at this point. I would be hesitant to order based on my experience.
Rolando R. Puc –
This sensor will not fit a 2006 VW Jetta MK5
D. Allen –
Some instruction on removing connector would have been helpful.
Amazon Customer –
Run, don’t walk, away from this oil pressure switch. Bench tested it with ohm meter and compressed air and when switch was closed (ie under pressure) contact resistance varied from 30 to 200 ohms. Thats a FAIL! Was also unable to thread it in. Purchased another replacement from local auto parts store and it read 0 ohms when closed and threaded right in no problem. Conclusion? The SCHNECKE 26-27791 Engine Oil pressure sensor is junk.
