Super happy with this purchase. I hadn’t realized how little light my previous led’s were putting out. There’s so much more color standing out and the 24 hour cycle is great. Replicating sunrise and sunset into night really makes me happy. Highly recommend!

It’s great for the price, is actually waterproof and the day/night cycle is good. The timer and light intensity work well too. The coloured lighting..well that’s for kids. Bright though. I think it should have options to turn down the reds and blues. The colours on the day/night cycle could be more subtle, it’s pretty orange at sunrise and sunset and really blue just before dark. My water is super tannic so it makes it look more orange. Here’s some pics of different times of the day to see what it’s like. It gets more orange I haven’t taken one of the sunrise.

This product is really great! I was hesitant because I wanted a light that was the same as what came with the tank hood but could not find it anywhere. I looked at the prices in the pet store and prices were more than I wanted to spend. I saw that this product had the suction cups and thought that I would just stick it to the glass of the tank. When it arrived, I tried sticking it to the hood next to the original light and 24hrs later it is still sticking!!!. I love the lighting and the different light colors and is a really good price. I got the 15inch and for a 20 gallon is a really good fit! I am really happy with my purchase. Thank you for making a great product at a really good price!!

Perfect for my 3 gallon tank, it can be fixed easily on the top with no need of glue or anything else.
It kind of warm a little bit….so I don’t know if it would be a good idea set it inside the water…it could make the water too warm for the fish.

I LOVE this light! Its such an amazing product but the suction cups dont stay on! At least 4 times a week does the one suction cup fall off and the light falls into the tank. I hate this. Its very frustrating to deal with when trying to maintain the tank. I love the cycle on the light and love how easy it is to understand the instructions for how to operate it.

I ended up getting 2 of these for my 50g fish tank, great purchase! Started with 1, loved it, and realized I needed another to fully light the front and back of the tank.
It’s an old aquarium with a hood that takes 2 incandescent light tubes, and it’s getting really hard to find good lightbulbs. I was originally looking to replace the hood entirely and switch to LED lights, as nowadays they’re the most common for larger tanks, but the tank is an unusual dimension and I was getting super frustrated… And then I thought maybe I could just stick some LED lights to the hood. And that’s what I’ve done!
The bars are thin enough they can each suction onto a fairly narrow patch of the underside of the tank lid, and I have one in the front and one in the back to illuminate the full tank. As they’re submersible I’m not concerned about them falling into the water, which did happen once when a suction cup failed. Other than that one day the suction cups have been perfect.
I have live plants, and don’t like submerging anything with a power cord, so with their size and suction cups I’m able to place them perfectly where I need them! My plants are thriving with this light. I have it on the mode where it cycles through natural lighting throughout the day, and absolutely love that it’s on a timer, as my schedule can be inconsistent, and I think consistency is healthier for the fish. There are several modes to choose from, and many different colours and light intensities. The natural light mode can’t be controlled other than to set the time, but it works well for my tank, and isn’t too intense or uncomfortable when the water gets a little low and the light shines through.
Cons: Primarily the controls. They’re attached to the power cord, and aren’t very intuitive. The instructions aren’t great, and it took quite a while to set up the natural day mode. But worth it once it was all set up!
The other thing, which is just kind of funny, is the natural light mode doesn’t completely follow the actual sun up/sun down lighting… Near the evening it gets blue, then lights up a bit again with a brighter blue, almost to daylight, before winding down to a darker more “moonlit” blue.

I purchased the 15″ version of the submersible light. I have installed it on a 36 gal. bow front tank. The OEM light was OK but the tank didn’t have any “zip” This tank has a horrible lid (I did see they improved it on the new version), the light is screwed into the lid from underneath. I was able to attach the new light with the suction cups near the OEM light..It came loose on one side but after sticking it back on it has stayed. This is the one area I have some concern about.
The light itself is fantastic. It is very bright, I am only using it at 40% brightness and it lights up the tank better than the OEM light. The full spectrum light makes the tank “pop”. The color of the fish really show up vividly. It is a nano tank with Ember Tetras, Rummy Nose Tetras, Green Neon Tetras, Cardinal Tetras, Gold Colombian Tetras and Chile Rasboras. Both real and artificial plants and some rocks and decorations.
The tank looks amazing with this new light. The OEM light is disconnected and not used.
The only real complaint is the instructions. They need to be more clear on how to set the modes and time..
This is a new purchase so it has not been installed long. I will update after it has been working for some time.

The light is okay. Not quite everything I hoped. I have a 10 gallon tall tank and I want a pretty intense light for the monte carlo plants in the tank that need a lot of light. I also work crazy hours so I needed a timer. I bought this light thinking it ticked all my boxes. The suction cups are lame. They do not hold. It is a good thing the light is waterproof because it ended up falling into the tank water. It doesn’t stick wet or dry. Inside the tank or out, on plastic or glass. Mounted to a horizontal nor vertical surface. Above nor below the waterline. They. Just. Don’t. Stick. The light isn’t quite as bright as I hoped it would be. I decided to use both this light at the stock hood light that came with my tank. The timer is fiddly but once programmed it works as described. Watch the product video for help in programming it. The controls are not intuitive but luckily they are doable if you watch the video. I currently have it attached to the outside of my tank glass with painters tape but I’ll drill thru the tank shroud and attach the light to it with cable ties eventually.

I am super impressed with this light 🙂
The ability to change the lights brightness, colors & set it on a timer isn’t necessarily any better than other lights on the market but it works perfectly nonetheless! The brightness on this light is superb & better than any of the other aquarium lights I own. The remote is on the plug line so you won’t be able to change it from across the room but honestly I have one of those on my other tank & I only ever use it while right next to the tank so I’ve opted to not worry about that feature when purchasing lights like these. The suction cups are subpar but my lids have a slight curve so I’d assume that has a bit of an effect ** pro tip if using out of the water, put a bit of vaseline or aquaphor on them & they’ll stay on even a curved surface! **
I’ve got minibow tanks (two 5 gal, one 2.5 gal) & I despise the basic lights that come with the tank I mean they’re fine but don’t have any brightness adjustment or timers so I always swap it out for a suction on light. My 5 gallon is the newest tank for my koi betta, Pablo Picasso. I took the suction light off the temp 2.5 gal & put it on this one & honestly it was dreadful – see the pic where Pablo is on the left side of the tank that was the previous light on FULL brightness. I couldn’t even enjoy the beauty of Pablo’s koi colors & knew my plants were going to struggle. So I realized the replacement light I got for the 2.5 which is this light was crazy bright for that tank. I legit was keeping it at minimum brightness as it’s in my room & it was still blinding at night. I swapped the lights today & WOW what a difference!! The second pic where Pablo is on the right side of the tank is with this new light not even on 100% brightness. The difference is insane I can now watch my fishy better from across the room! I will be going with this light brand for any aquariums in the future!

This is a super nice little light.
(7 inch for small tank)
The company messaged me when I ordered it and said it was a new product so I figured they could use a review.
It has a lot of functionality without needing any sort of added controller. Can set a timer, change colors, or put through an automatic 24hr day/night cycle based on your local time, which is what I’m doing now. The light goes from, off at night, to morning type colors, slowly getting brighter through the day, and then towards a blue moonlight and back to off automatically. It was reasonably easy to set up, though the text on the switch is a little small.
99% awesome. Only thing I would add is a little more downward tilt to the suction cups so it doesn’t aim at your face because it’s very bright.
