Headphones sound is really good. When it comes to noise cancellation, it is not in the headphones but with cushions and sound, it manages to cancel outside noise which normally most headphones can’t. It is worth the price and justify everything. If there is a deal going on, grab that offer else you will regret it.

Good sound
One-Opinion –
EXTREMELY LIGHT & COMFORTABLE
Going from earbuds to around ear headphones So the review will be based off comparing apples to oranges :-).
I have purchased several off brand earbuds that have noise cancelation, ambient sound, and 40mm drivers that have had great sound. So I was hesitant at 1st of these Sony wh-ch520 over ear headphones bc they have 30mm drivers, other comparable off brand over ear headphones offer 40mm drivers as well for much, much less but I am satisfied with these Sony 30mm drivers and what I’d read it’s more about the quality of the driver that matters …even more expensive Sony headphones have 30mm drivers. Could use a bit more base though but I have not messed with the equalizer App option. I purposefully didn’t get noise cancelation as I’m not using them for airplane travel, also those tend to drain batteries. They feel a bit loose but are staying on (probably the sweet spot for comfort) the way they are fitting now I could not go jogging without them flying off. Small skulls (7″) or anything smaller might be an issue as I have it at the smallest position. simple design is a plus. EXTREMELY LIGHT and comfortable. At first they made a crackling sound like a vinyl album from the ear cushion?…. so I’m expecting/hoping that goes away after breaking in. I’ll fallowup if it continues. My Earbuds are now out & with these Sony white 520’s over the ear headphones in public I’ll no longer have people trying to walk up & talk to me not knowing I’m listening to music 🎶.
Edit:
WOW battery life 4 hrs every other day over 10 days and still going strong, only 1/2 battery consumption from out of box charge.
… cushion noise went away after a couple uses of breaking in.
Tip: I use a rubber band when not in use to help keep them in form and streatching out.
I would buy these again.
Edit:
They have not flown off as of yet and I’ve been active in them.

Good quality products for the price and arrived on time..
One-Opinion –
The headphones arrived very quickly and are great for the price! Easy to use, good quality sound and comfortable. They aren’t 100% noise cancelling but do block out a significant amount of ambient noise, and also don’t fold down so can be a bit bulky. Great for using in the office and around the house. Much better than my last pair from another brand that were double the price!

I upgraded these from the previous version. I dont find then that much different from each other and i dont use the app that you can pair with the headphones.
I’ve only ever used wired Apple earpods that come with new phone. I got so tired of breaking them or needing to replace them every month, so these wireless headphones are such a good change and better investment.
They are snug around my head, but i usually wear them an hour at most at a time when im commuting.
I recommend buying cloth covers for the “earmuff” parts, the material seems flimsy and seems like it’ll definitely peel off soon. —- i bought covers for the old ones i had and they were perfect protection.
With my normal usage, maybe and hour or two during weekdays, plus forgetting to turn them off sometimes, i got appx 3 weeks of play time for the first full charge. I think aftwr a while they turn off if you are not listening to anything.
Also compared to the old version when you turned those on and off, there were clear, little tunes to show that the headphones were connected or disconnected. NEW ONES the little tunes have a lower volume and harder to hear, especialy the disconnected tune. Just an extra pause to check if my device is truly off or on. Not a dealbreaker.
I do not use these to make or receive phone calls, so i cant speak to the mic function , just that the previous version had so much background noise and the mic was crappy.
I do not plan to upgrade to Airpods, i like these round the ear headphones and am overall happy with my purchase.

After doing tons of research on a pair of wireless, Bluetooth headphones, I decided to try these. I’m so glad I did! They are exactly what I was looking for and have met my needs perfectly. I have had mine for a few weeks and listen 2-3 times per week for a couple of hours at a time. I have worn them while waiting at the doctor’s office, doing chores around the house, and while doing yard work. They are comfortable enough that I have no problem wearing them for several hours at a time. I love that they can adjust to fit my head to increase the comfort (I am a woman with an average-sized head). They aren’t active headphones, so I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as holding up to moisture or movement, but they don’t budge even when I’m sweating and moving around a lot doing yard work.
The sound quality is satisfactory for me. I like my music to sound good, but I don’t need to have the BEST audio quality, either. I would imagine that for the average listener, these a would be great.
I had really wanted noise-canceling headphones, but my budget didn’t allow for that. In most situations, I don’t miss that feature—I can hear my music clearly, even at a low volume, and background noise is drowned out. When I am mowing the lawn or using the weed eater, I can hear the machinery through my music, even when the headphones are at top volume. The machine sound is muffled enough that it doesn’t bother me, but it’s something to consider. Also, I listened to them at top volume in my house (which was otherwise quiet), and my boyfriend couldn’t hear any sound bleeding through them.
The battery life and range are both impressive. I have charged my headphones once to be on the safe side, but I didn’t have to. Once, I left my phone in the house without realizing it, and was out in the backyard for hours with no disruption to the music.
The one thing that I don’t love is having to use a separate app to use my headphones. When I bought these, I had imagined that they would be like other Bluetooth audio devices and would connect automatically to my phone after initial setup without the need for any additional software. Instead, you have to download an app before using and then open the app and press a button to connect each time you use the headphones. I understand that the app is also useful in that this is how software updates to the headphones are provided. There are some features in the app that others might appreciate (listening logs and badges for listening for certain amounts of time), but that I don’t use. I am not taking any stars off because it’s a matter of personal preference, but it is something to note and something I didn’t realize before purchasing.
If you are looking for affordable Bluetooth headphones, give these a try!
