Good quality, the dice are made of high-density foam that should resist over time. If you don’t rest much time between every dice roll, you should obtain a decent cardio workout. The combination of body squats, walking lunges and jumping jacks got my legs a little sore the day after, witch is a good thing!

Not at all what I expected, but much better! These dice are soft and large enough that they can be read if you’re standing up, ready to exercise when you toss them on the floor. (Hope that makes sense! 😁) They are bright green with black numbers/letters and come in well-made, black net bag. They’d be suitable for a gift, imo. Highly recommend.
