Planners are all in how you use them. And people who use them tend to have opinions and know exactly what they want. OR they want to find a way to be organized and hope the planner will guide them. This is not a guided planner. The dates are provided and the days are set up like a grid but the rest of it is up to you.

As a teacher planner this goes Monday through Friday along the y axis and there are 9 subjects along the x axis. Personally I think inverting the axis works better, because then you can just look at one page of the book instead of flipping back and forth. I’d rather see the whole day at once than each subject. But to each their own.
The planner is compact- it quite 8 by 11 so the boxes for each section are smaller, and narrow. This made it rather cramped. You would need to have a system of abbreviations to have a lesson plan fit well (though as you work through material I think abbreviations in planning happens naturally) There aren’t any other sections taking up space on the weekly pages- no goals or learning objectives or inspiration. This maximizes space for the actual plan.

There is an inspirational line at the top of each monthly spread. The bookmark is a nice touch. The cover is thick enough, and the planner pages feel normal. No glossy finish or newspaper print here. It does erase ok, and the color blocking of subjects helps keep the table clear.
I was hoping I could use this for my homeschool lessons. If you combine subjects you could have 4-5 per child (and then do a child on each side, or even do a child per subject if you have 9 kiddos or less) But the squares are a bit small to do this.

It’s probably not the right solution for how I want to use it, but this is a great planner if that’s the kind of thing you need.

I teach K-5th Grade– full curriculum- so I need to begin planning now for next year– I use a planner per grade- to cover each subject. This planner is meeting my needs as a teacher.
The cover is sturdy as a notebook style planner. There are plenty of pages for each week and enough columns across for 9 periods or subjects. The rows going across each column have enough space for one subject– I was going to use this one for multi-grade– but there isn’t enough room for that with this planner.
Each month– begins with a full calendar with plenty of space to write in each box– and then it goes into the weekly planner.
The planner is dated for the 2024/2025 school year.
The tabs on the side- are easy to reference for turning to the correct month.
I use gel pens and markers– some of my markers do bleed through for certain colors– that is a disappointment.
Overall– nice for the price– bought 6 of them- K-5th Grade 🙂
