I’ve been very pleased with the functionality of this calculator. I needed it for a college math course. There is a bit of a learning curve, but my textbook has instructional sections that have taught me to use it. WOW! …. does it ever make my class work easier!! The keys are a little small and clunky, but if you’re careful with your input there’s really very little issue with that. This little smarty can even compute order of operation on problems entered in standard form. My biggest complaint is with the readability of the display. It needs to be larger! I also find it difficult to find an angle in which glare doesn’t obscure my view. It would take very few modifications by Texas Instruments to make this calculator nearly perfect.

The calculator works great for my intro to math for nursing. I do not use all the features on it, but I am happy to have them. The screen makes it easy to see and review the calculations I have plugged in. Being about to see what I’ve entered to calculate is the main reason I purchased this.

The calculator did not arrive in the original packaging done by TI. It was bubble wrapped with the original documents. When I turned on the calculator and checked the history, it was clear that this piece was used. It is not worth to buy a used piece for €27.99.

I bought my TI Calculator in April 2023 and expected to have a reliable calculator. Did not use it much, but when I wanted to use it a couple of days ago, the display was faded and sketchy. Parts of the numbers were missing. Difficult to read.
I like what this calculator could do, but earlier models were much more reliable and lasted many years.
I just ordered a new TI calculator (same model) and we shall see how it will perform.
Update:
The issue I reported was caused by having stored the calculator in a dark spot. After leaving it exposed to sunlight, the calculator display works again. As I said above: I really like what this little calculator can do.
