When my son was born after a brief stay in the NICU his weight had dropped and his weight gain became everything. And I needed to pump around the clock to ensure he was getting enough. I was recommended mothers milk by about 100 instagram influencers flooding my feed daily, and I will say for the first. Couple weeks it did help establish a better supply but after that there was no increase so I stopped using it and my supply saw no change. The tea comes from Fennel as many breast milk support supplements do so the taste is more of an earthy vegetable/herb broth than a tea. So taste not so great. Good as a milk supply establisher. Not so much on gaining supply beyond a few weeks for me. Hope this helps!

I bought this to help with my milk production, but I didn’t really see any results. It might not be because of the product because I was stressing a lot so my milk just stopped. The taste was not for me. It didn’t work for me so I gave it away to another mama and she said it worked well for her. Every body is different, I’m glad it worked for my friend.
