Cleaned up my sensor rather nicely, I’m extremely pleased with the results. The only complaint was that I had to use extra cleaning swabs because you’re only supposed to use each swab once in each direction and with it not covering the entire sensor, I had to use multiple swabs to make multiple passes.

I had semi-retired my backup Canon EOS T2i after dust had firmly settled on the sensor. The camera has worked extensively in the jungles of Central America.
Trying to clean it with Q-tips and alcohol only made it worse. I just pushed the dust around and eventually smeared the sensor.
This kit was a lifesaver. With two drops and one swab I cleaned my sensor to like-new condition. I did two passes left to right with the one edge of the swab.
Then flipped the swab around to a fresh edge and did one pass, again left to right.
The dust and smears are gone.
I then used another swab to clean my mirror, and then the prism. The camera is clean like new.

Look up how to check sensor condition on YouTube by taking a pic of a white screen with the histogram just off the right. Lightroom showed a tiny bit of dust (pic 1). I attempted to clean it with a puffer and made it far worse (pic 2). I immediately regretted that decision and looked for a kit with a solution and enough blades to clean the sensor. After one swipe (wet then dry side), the sensor is IMMACULATE (see pic 3)! This works well, is priced well, and is simple to use. Get it now for your routine maintenance.

I rarely write Reviews, but this one was warranted because the product exceeded my expectations. I was in the market for a used high-end camera on eBay because I want to get into wedding photography this summer/fall to make extra money on the side. Although I prefer a brand-new camera, I simply can’t afford a new high-end camera right now. I stumbled upon a huge bargain on eBay – a Fujifilm X-T2 whose camera-body is in pristine condition, albeit with a very dirty sensor. I was told it was obtained from a camera collector – so I presume the collector just had it on his shelf with the sensor exposed for many years. Seller didn’t know much about cameras so he just listed it on eBay at a steep discount; for ~$490 because of the dirty sensor. For reference, if I wanted to go the “Brand New” route, I would’ve had to shell out $1100 for a Fujifilm X-T3 (X-T3 and X-T2 is ~90% similar in function and image quality). I decided to take the gamble – I bought the X-T2 for $490 and then went to Amazon to order this sensor cleaner at same-time. I followed the instruction to only use the “swab” a maximum of 2x: one slow swipe, rotate swab to clean side, and then do another slow 60-degree swipe. I ordered the 14-count “swab” and I ended up using 6 swabs before the sensor was finally FLAWLESS. The pictures coming out of camera is amazing now. Very happy because with this product, I was able to save tons of money by simply buying a used camera, and then using this sensor-cleaner to “revive” the sensor’s beauty.

My sensor had some buildup on it. I was skeptical how this would work. I found a youtube video that showed putting 3 drops of the provided liquid on a single use swab, then doing one stroke in either direction. It worked incredibly well!! See before and after photos.
The liquid goes a long way so only use 2 or 3 drops. Also, the kit comes with a bunch of swabs so you can store the extras away for future cleanings.
Only thing that would be if it came with a pair of disposable gloves, but I used a pair I had.

This set, plus a blower that ordered, got my Sony a6000 sensor clean and good as new. It was so dirty and the swabs even removed something that was stuck to the sensor. They are easy to use and do a great job of getting the sensor free of debris. Now, my pictures will be free of spots again.
