I received this fridge it unfortunately wasn’t operational, however the CX team at upstreaman was very helpful in supporting me. All in all not a bad experience, they were very timely.

This fridge fits all my needs. Hold all my drinks cold and has a separate freezer to hold ice cream and make my drinks ice cold when I want them. Excellent customer service which I believe is so important like a product like this. Definitely recommend this fridge but especially because of the customer service. My third mini fridge but this one is by far the best. I’m super satisfied. 🙂

I love this, the wrapping was a bit hard to get off because it’s all in very large pieces and still is stuck around some of the smaller parts of the fridge. It came with a piece missing, there is a metal bit with a little stub on the bottom for balance and mine only came with one on the front right side, which causes it to tip whenever I touch or open it. Not sure where to go about finding that piece or anything so it’s a bit frustrating. Everything else is good though.

The unit keeps items cold and ice cream stays frozen in the freezer. It’s an attractive, not so mini, fridge/freezer; I like the size. What I don’t like is that the unit was boxed with a cracked interior freezer that was patched, as seen in the photo, before it was packed and shipped; it’s defective in that sense. To ship a damaged product as if it were not damaged is wrong. Also, when a foreign company sells a product in a country with a different language, a person fluent in that language should write the instructions pamphlet, a person that speaks broken English should not write it.
