***Update***
So after a few days of use I’ve realized this machine is finicky. I’m not sure how to explain exactly but at times, it will give a completely random number that makes no sense or an error message. If I try it again I will then get what seems like an accurate result. I’m am not sure if it has to do with the cuff not being exactly properly situated, or if the machine needs to be on a level surface, or if maybe I pressed the start button too many times
For example, I sat down to take my BP and initially got an error message, I tried it again and got a reading of 140/108 which seemed outrageous as I felt fine and I’ve never had a BP that high. I immediately took my BP again and got a reading of 98/61. I took it again and then got 107/67. I more inclined to believe the last measurement is accurate but it makes no sense. I took each of these readings with minutes and all while in a seated position at my desk.
I ordered this BP Machine after I had a slightly high blood pressure reading during a bloodwork appointment. I chalked it up to being an anomaly for me because I had a recent surgery on my foot and was walking on crutches at the time of my bloodwork appointment.
To ease my mind and start proactively monitoring my BP I ordered this machine. Originally I was going to buy a machine from a big box store or a pharmacy but I was shocked at how expensive they were. I checked Amazon and found this machine and saw that the reviews were mostly positive and it was under $20.
It arrived yesterday. It was easy to set up and you have the option of running off batteries or a c-cable. They were nice enough to include some temporary batteries. I took my BP several times and the readings all remained in the same General ballpark and I did not get any extreme variance. The display is very bright and easy to read. I would definitely recommend.

We needed a blood pressure cuff near the end of my pregnancy due to my blood pressure being off. My husband has never used traditional ones and this made it so easy for him to take my BP multiple times a day. There is a tiny bit of inconsistency but if you do it 2-3 times you’ll know the number is somewhere in the middle.

I ordered and received the blood pressure monitor in Feb 2024. It worked great until about 1 week or so ago. Now it reads high. It has not been dropped or damaged in any way. We have changed the batteries. Still reads high. I know this because I have had a couple of nurses check my blood pressure with different monitors to compare readings. Previously, they read about the same. Now my machine runs about 10 pts higher. So, I would like to exercise my warranty to have my machine replaced. I bought this because our household has several members with hypertension that take medications for control, and we were using a little wrist cuff most frequently. Being nurses, my wife and I knew that wrist cuffs are NOT the preferred way to take a proper BP, so I wanted a cuff for the arm that my elderly mother could use without any assistance or instruction. This cuff accomplished that in all areas! It gives an accurate reading that is very easy to read and understand. She records her readings in a log book for her physician, and the numbers stay on the screen long enough for her to write it down and record the BP and pulse rate. The “on button” is the only differently sized and colored button on the front, which she intuitively knew to press when she placed the cuff on her arm properly. The device comes on, begins to fill with air, counts down like a manual cuff would do, and then gives a nice clear display of the results. What more do you need?! The cuff set-up is Velco with a bar that the cuff wraps around. For one person, you slide your arm into the cuff, position it correctly, and then tighten the Velcro strap to comfort. To get it off again, you undo the Velcro strap and slide it off – EASY! There are options for multiple users that is pretty easily understood with the manuel, although I don’t really see the need if each person is recording their own results along the way. Batteries are easy to change, and they seem to last with even frequent use of the device. Compared to much more expensive options, I can say this is a great cuff, even when verification is used against a manual BP cuff or physcian office/ER auto-cuff reading. As nurses, both my wife and I endorse this model for home use.
