I bought this back splash because I wanted something to protect my yellow pine walls and be easy to clean. This one definitely works well for what I needed. Or was fairly easy to install, although as others have said it is pretty heavy. It would work better if I had a completely flat stove it would be perfect. As it is, the knife holder won’t work as intended, but maybe I can use it for something else. My only complaint is that the were a couple small screws missing, so I’m gonna have to go to the hardware store and hope to find some that will work. Over all, I’m pretty pleased with it

It came wrapped front and back for protection and it was a pain in the butt to pull off. Some tips: 1. Got this tip from other review, trace a template of it using the box it came in. That way you can hold template up and pre-drill holes in wall and figure out placement 2. pull wrap off across at top, imagine a line, then roll it down in one piece. Figured that out by the time we got to the back. 3. Add both shelves before attaching to wall. Also, the thing is really heavy, it took my husband and I…and we really could have used a third person. That’s why you should do the template first to save your arms. Truth be told we are not “handy” people, so maybe to a person who is use to constructing things, it will go faster for you. We have a Samsung Induction Stove and it matched perfectly, same with the shelves it came with. I would recommend this product, the work is worth the look. PS – we didn’t want the big yellow Vevor sticker on the front – use a razor blade scraper to remove it and goo gone to remove any residue.

I hope you don’t need any help from their customer service. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out/ fix the issue we had on his own since we never heard back from them. Once we polished a couple of pieces with a buffer it looked good.

Few screws stripped or defective. One bent and is still stuck, can’t remove it or screw it all the way in. The hanging rod was too short. The side braces bent when installed thin short rod. So I left it off. Cleans well though…and CAN’T BEAT that price. Is very thick and heavy. Much better than a homey depot one that was twice as much (got returned). Could use some improvements…but pretty great otherwise. ( Also removed that sticker in corner.) Looks great!

fairly high quality but the round dowel only had the threading drill out on one end so could not use it. Was not worth sending back for another one.

Heavy sucker! We elected to use toggle screw mounts to attach to wall as no studs that would line up. Wrapped very nicely with plastic to avoid scratches. Tried to cancel order less than 1/2 hr. After ordering but seller denied so be mindful of that. Have concern into seller as the shelf ledge (hard to see on pic) is turned up revealing the burnished backside of the chrome and is not as shiny as the rest of the unit. Will see what their response to this is. Found package to be secure and sandwiched between styrofoam which kitty enjoyed scratching on. Would we recommend… Yes, but it’s a 2 person install. We used the cardboard packing and made a template to show the screw holes and placement on the wall as we had to “jimmy rig” it between 2 existing cupboards and a vented range hood.
