This kit is well stocked with basic items. I would not say that this is a “comprehensive” first aid kit that has everything, but it’s a good starting point or a good simple and reasonably priced item that keeps everything in one place so that when there’s a need, it would be quick to grab and have most necessary items easily accessible. This is something that would be great to keep in a vehicle when traveling or take camping. As for home usage, I would say that perhaps designating a small bin as a “first aid bin” and adding other needed items might be the best way to go. We always keep things like Neosporin, peroxide, burn ointments, ace bandages, etc stored in such a bin, and I’m going to add that to those items, which also has aspiring, anti-diarrheals, etc. Definitely planning on taking this on trips. I can imagine being at a hotel on vacation and having a small need then having to locate a store to pick up first aid items, but with this kit on hand, you would be in pretty good shape for most minor incidents. 100% looks like a must have if you have kids that may be prone to scrapes and cuts. Excellent value for an all-in-one.

I would recommend looking through the kit and familiarizing yourself with what it contains and where those items are, because it’s very tightly packed. There is a full list of contents on the Amazon listing which I printed out and tucked into the kit so that I can quickly determine what is in there in the event of a mishap. Great item!

What impressed me about this first aid kit I’d the assortment of items. It has the standard band-aids, bandages and ointments but it also has a compass, whistle, scissors and other survival items. This kit is perfect to keep in the car and will definitely come in handy.
The only negative is that the items don’t seem high quality. I can’t imagine they are durable or stick well. I feel like the kit would be good for about a year before they need to be replaced.

Our carefully curated first aid kit of many years was unfortunately wrecked due to some water damage. We were hoping this prepackaged one might serve as a satisfactory replacement without us having to invest as much time or money as we did purchasing the contents separately.

My first impression was that the default arrangement of the contents was a bit chaotic for my liking; however, that judgement was probably too harsh. I could pretty quickly locate an item when looking for it specifically. All items are in pockets, not floating loosely. The pockets are even transparent – a thoughtful touch for extra visibility. If I were so inclined, I could always take things out put them back in differently.

In terms of comprehensiveness, this first aid kit does a pretty good job. It includes items for treating minor cuts, scrapes, burns, and bumps; CPR supplies; and bare basic “survival” items. That being said, there aren’t many items included that would be of use in a potentially life-threatening situation (e.g., tourniquet, QuikClot), so if you’re packing for anything extreme, you probably want to invest in a few additional first aid items.

For the price, I am highly satisfied with the case everything came in! The material will keep things dry, protected, and easy to pack without being too heavy. The zippers were very smooth. My only regret is not getting the more visible red case. Speaking to the quality of the included items is more difficult. Thankfully, I haven’t needed to use anything yet, and I don’t want to be wasteful and open sterile items for no reason. The tweezers and scissors are alright – not top of the line, but functional.

Overall, I would definitely say this is work the investment as something to keep in your vehicle “just in case.”
