I have never seen a dog bed that looks like grass fake grass. That is flat no puffiness at all. How can any puppy or dog feel comfortable in it to me that is a waste of money. It looked very nice in the picture. They do not give you any paperwork of the items that you purchased in the box which I don’t think that’s right. I don’t care if you have an online most companies were seeing what you purchased and return they do not offer that. I am very unhappy with the bed. I could’ve purchased one locally in a store. Could’ve been better than that and I definitely want to refund that sorry sorry Quality. I wish you were the soul what was in the picture. also, I ordered some toys for my puppy. Y’all put it in a box about 6 1/2 inches wide and the little fox look like it was stuff and it is flat. It will not puff up. You can’t do anything with it and I have bought y’all everything I purchased. I always enjoyed it, but this is some poor quality. Very poor quality, can’t believe something like that very dissatisfied

Bed came compressed but fluffed right up with some help. It’s thicker than I thought it would be. Really nice product.

Now I can’t remember why I was so worried that these wouldn’t be big enough but the big pit and the two little girls they all love their new beds and they’re all the same size and they’re fluffy and they’re squishy and they’re soft and everybody’s happy!
