Amazon Customer –
Quality seems to be decent ( I just had it for a month). It’s not flimsy and it looks like it will last a long while. Love the four sections design because now I can have a section each for sheets/towels and PJ/underwear. I have two grade school children and their clothes are so dirty (from rolling on the ground at school, no doubt) that they ruined many of my beloved undergarments and pillow cases ( turned from silky white to grey, yike). Now that I have the sorter, I can separate the little beasts’ clothes from undergarments and wash them in different loads.
The chrome is very shinny and looks very industrial in the bathroom, but It’s so piratical. The whole thing is quite big (take up twice of space of our old hamper), but our bathroom is good size, so it does not bother us.
Also, it’s so easy to carry it downstairs section by section to wash. No more sorting in the laundry room. Just dump the whole thing in. The size of the bag was perfect for a load in the washer.
The bags do not have any smell at all when they come out of the packaging. That was my original concern.
Overall, it’s such a simple thing, but makes laundry so much easier.

I was looking for a laundry sorter with 4 or more sorting sections and this fit the bill almost perfectly. Each bag is washable and holds an entire load of laundry, I like that about it. I labeled mine so now my husband and I throw our laundry in and I never have to sort any more before washing, it’s great. The bags are easy to grab and go, the one flaw is that the bags won’t sit up on their own when you set them down because they are tall and narrow. When a bag is full of laundry and you set it down to fill your machine, the bag falls right over, there’s no way to make it sit up. Even leaning it against something doesn’t always work, it slides down. That annoyance aside, they are just about perfect. The cart is easy to assemble and it’s convenient to roll around.

The short review is: “5 stars. Nice looking, sturdy sorter. Great customer support if needed.” If you have the patience for a longer story about my experience with their customer service, keep reading
Here’s the background – I got home late the Friday my sorter was delivered, so I originally decided I’d wait and put it together in the morning. After a bit of internet surfing and a refreshing adult beverage or two, putting it together *right now* before bed suddenly seemed like a great idea. I opened my box, dumped everything out on the floor, and started using my mad Ikea skills to put this thing together. Everything was going together nicely and I was just wrapping up by screwing in the four wheels when I hit a snag with the 2nd wheel. It seemed to be screwing in just fine until about the halfway point and then it jammed up. I back it up, made sure I was threading it correctly and tried again – same problem. I unscrewed it completely and tried a different wheel – no problem. So I tried the wheel in the third space and ran into the same issue. This time, being a touch frustrated, I thought I’d try forcing it past the problem area. Bad idea. I bent up the little wrench and the wheel didn’t make any more progress. Luckily, it didn’t seem like I damaged the sorter, but it was clear I wasn’t going to get the wheel all the way in.
The email address for their customer service was printed on the instructions. I sent them a brief summary of what happened and asked for a replacement wheel. The email went out a bit after midnight Saturday morning.
Being a reasonably priced, self-assembled product ordered off the internet, I didn’t know what to expect from the manufacturer. The sorter itself was good quality for the money, so did they cut corners elsewhere? How long would it take for them to get back? Would we go back and forth trying to “solve” the problem before they’d sent me a replacement? Would they require me to send back the defective part first? At my expense? I knew Amazon was good with returns, but I really didn’t want to disassemble and re-box the unit; if push came to shove, I’d live with the unit being slightly lopsided.
All that worry for nothing. 9 AM Monday morning they wrote back letting me know that they’d gladly send me another wheel. 2-3 days later it was in my box. Just like that.

Finally got a laundry hamper to handle my dirty clothes. No longer have them in a bag that lays on my bedroom floor. This is a great laundry hamper… it holds about three weeks supply of dirty daily changed underclothes (lower undies & t-shirts) in the one bag that I named for my “Whites Undies.” One bag holds my colored T-shirts, tops and sweaters I wear out in public… one bag holds my colored dresses and street clothes and the 4th bag holds my household dirty laundry… sheets, towels..etc. It wheels really smoothly and the chrome frame is really great and strong. Easy to assemble… not much to have to put together. The seams on each bag are doubled and folded so they will not open. This is a great laundry hamper. Fits well in my bedroom/computer office room. Each bag is truly large enough to hold a 3 week load of dirty clothes for one person. Easy to roll to the washer and dryer room. If you have a family you will most likely wash more often than I do… and it will roll easily to the washer for you too. 🙂

This laundry sorter on wheels has saved my back and my life. With our laundry at the opposite end of the house to bed rooms, the sorter makes it so easy to collect and sort without the strain on my back or sanity.

This product is sturdy, easy to assemble, and easy to move. Occasionally I have to tighten the screws, but that’s no big deal. It has revolutionized our laundry process!
UPDATE: We’ve had these for about a year, and in that time we put our house on the market. This basket is the best thing ever! Even our real estate agent wanted one! When we get clothes out of the dryer they go straight into each person’s basket (labeled with fabric marker) and then can be rolled or carried to the person’s room. When we had a house showing, even a last second one, we could roll the whole thing into a closet, even if the person had not yet put their clothes away. No more laundry piles! We have a second one for dirty clothes (different brand) and even after so much time we still love it, I could never go back to the old way! It’s not as strong as the other 3-basket one that we have, but it is plenty strong enough. We are known for over loading it, and occasionally we may have to bend an arm back to straight, but none of them are showing any signs of weakness or breaking.

The good: 4 sections; good bag size; relatively easy assembly; sturdy construction (so far)
The bad: It seems the seams of the bags won’t last too long; but it is very premature to judge
I live in a high rise building that has a shared laundry room (5 machines to serve about 60 units; you do the math). And I hate doing laundry. So laundry days were always busy sorting clothes, putting them into laundry containers, loading the containers into a wheeled cart and dragging the cart to/from the laundry room. Which was a real pain. With this sorter, I only have to roll it out of my unit to the laundry room, so it takes a lot of the pain away. I needed something sturdy so that I could move it in and out, up and down elevators, all around the building, and the plastic sorters found at the stores seemed too flimsy. So far so good, this has taken 2 laundry days with no problem at all. Definitely recommend it.
