- Ideal for Small Birds: This divided breeder cage measures 37.6’’/95.5cm long, 18’’/45.5cm wide, and 41.5’’/105cm high with 0.4’’/1cm wire spacing, which is perfect for housing 3-4 small birds such as lovebirds, canaries, finches, parakeets, cockatiels, Caiques, Quaker parrots, green cheeks, budgies.
- Sturdy Metal Construction: Constructed of quality wrought iron with durable and tough hammered paint coating, this divided breeder cage is safe for your pets to live in and sturdy enough for them to chew on.

This habitat is divisible into two halves by a simple slider panel track. Keep it open or split into two temporarily like we had to do when the hens got hormonal and squabbled during breeding season. The bottom has independent cage floors and litter trays that are easy to pull out for cleaning. It has sturdy metal cage panels, and it came with 4 wooden perches and 4 bowls. The base with locking caster wheels makes it both mobile and stable. There is plenty of room for flying bursts too.

A really good sized cage for two budgies if you don’t use the divider. Lots of space for them to fly, to add toys and other accessories. The locks work well, they don’t stick and birds can’t unlock them easily. Sturdy but good looking cage for smaller birds.

This is very easy to assemble. My bird love the cage. It’s very roomy and sturdy.

I wasn’t really expecting much for the price. Cages can be pretty expensive. I was very happy with this product. Easy to assemble.

I have purchased a number of these cages. They are a good deal for the price. The last cage I purchased was the first one that had an issue. On one corner of the cage the threaded insert would not line up with the hole you put the bolt through so that the upper corner of the front of the cage could be properly attached. I have finches in it, so it doesn’t need to be a fortress, so I accepted the fact that the bolt was going to be angled and not screw in the whole way.
They are fairly easy to assemble. The only piece that might slow you down is aligning the cage sides. The construction of the divider piece could use some revision. Seed can collect in the u channel under the divider. I have found using a vacuum cleaner crevice tool helps. The divider really helps with cleaning. Just put the birds on one side, insert the divider, and then you can really deep clean that half of the cage.

The company has quality products as I have 4 other Yaheetech cages which I have used for years with no issues. This one I purchased for a sun room cage. It was easy to put together; the stand being the most complex. Note pay attention to the details there’s holes on one side of the frame that the grate fits into. Make sure those face the inside and only loosely attach the screws and washer because you want a lot of play to slip and connect the grate into the frame. My mistake was that I did loosely connect the frame together only to discover I had put the frame on with the holes facing outside and had to dissemble it…ugh! Otherwise it went pretty smoothly! As you can see, the cage size when divided has ample room for small to medium sized bird. The bar size is safe. The cage is very structurally sound and well engineered. All the parts fit snug and the finish is very good. But all Yaheetech cages have been that way in my experience. There’s similar brands out there on Amazon; I can highly recommend Yaheetech…you might pay less for another brand but you might not be as happy with the product quality and performance with flimsy bars and sharp edges; poor quality fit and finish! I’m not willing to take the chance as Yaheetech has a proven track record. I suppose you could pay more for another brand…Yaheetech produces quality cages at a very reasonable price over what can be found in a big box pet store or even small specialty bird stores. I have found either the build is flimsy or the cost is astronomical for the same sized cage Yaheetech offers. This particular cage would not be a good fit for an Amazon or Cockatoo however. The bar strength on this cage is best for a Cockatiel, Quaker, Poicephelus, Pionus, Conure, etc.

Easy to build and exactly what I was looking for. Very well packaged so came in perfect condition. Love that it is stackable and the shelving underneath is a nice touch!

I have 6 of these (stacked in 2 sets of 3 cages) for my breeder birds. For the most part good quality and easy to clean. However one cage arrived missing one of the feeder doors, another was missing holes drilled to assemble part of it, and a third had some warped areas that make it very hard to slide out the grate

This cage is amazing!
My kids and I have our “own” birds, so they sleep in each of our bedrooms. One child is getting a 5th bird, so her current cage setup was not going to work since she has a smaller room and can’t easily fit another large cage in there.
I got this and then the other 2 that will go on top. They are sleep cages as they are out all day, but are big enough that the current Quaker & Cockatiel don’t mind.
The quality is way better than I expected for the price. I figured it would be just the thin wire that is on inexpensive cages. Instead it it a heavier frame (but still lightweight enough to lift/move it). I feel it is comparable to the more expensive cages at the bird stores.
Her birds are less skilled at doing thing at a higher height, so instead of storage under the cage we will turn that into a play area for the birds.
The exterior does not have horizontal bars, only vertical, so harder for them to climb up (have a ladder so they can get inside the cage if they choose), but they seem to be managing and can make it to the horizontal supports that are spaced out.
Assembly was easy–my child did at least half of it on her own.

This was super easy to put together. I did it myself and it maybe took an hour. It’s sturdy, lots of space for my 2 budgies, looks good, no complaints! I also really like how far down the tray is underneath so that I can smoothly pull it out without anything falling.

I’m using this as a sleeper cage to transition two green-cheeks who used to sleep together, but whom I separated at night because I’m no longer totally comfortable with the shared cage option. They were VERY unhappy about being separated, and after giving them a few days to see and play in and on the new double cage in their sleep room, they moved themselves in there and are much happier having only one divider between them. Assembly was complex and I’ll admit the images on the instructions were sometimes unclear, but it is a very well made cage and comes together intuitively, and the verbal instructions are just fine. I have no concerns about sturdiness. It’s worlds away sturdier than the cheap 18 inchers with plastic bottoms that they used to sleep in, that I fully reinforced with zip ties at every joint. It’s also quite mobile and separates from the base, which means that it can probably be buckled into a back seat without the base, or rolled out onto the porch for some sunshine with the base. Maybe. I haven’t tried either yet, so I can’t really recommend it as a feature. I’ll try the porch first without the birds inside, in case the cage separates from the base if it hits the doorjamb. But great success so far.
Update: bought a second as a dedicated travel-cage, works great for over-nighters.

I bought this cage for my budgie and cockatiel so they could still be side by side but have their own space for my budgie’s safety and peace.
The cage was very easy to put together all on my own. The cage itself is very sturdy and the shelf below is very handy. Both my boys seem happy with it so far. The removable divider is a plus as well.
Would recommend for anyone who has two birds that may not always get along. It’s a little smaller than I’d like for my cockatiel, but overall great.
