YARRAMATE Oil Sprayer For Cooking, 2 In 1 Olive Oil Dispenser

El plástico si se siente de baja calidad o se siente un poco delicado el plástico es mi única queja, pero por ahora no le ha pasado nada a lo plástico, dispensa de forma más pulverizada si se presiona rápido la palanquita lo digo porque saca de onda que dispense el aceite como pistolita de agua XD, pero ya cuando presionas rápido si pulveriza bien el aceite el recipiente es de vidrio de ve resistente no pieza mucho 😀 no me arrepiento ya no gastaré en aceite enlatado a presión.

I have bought a few oil sprayer, that most often did not spray a mist but globs of oil. Some clogged and had to be constantly cleaned. The most recent prior to this one, had to be pumped multiple time for a spray and when the pressure let up, it sprayed globs until I pumped it again. Now and then I had to clean the spray nozzle to get a spray.

I had accepted the problems of this sprayer until I found this Yarramate sprayer. This sprayer is so much easier to use, and so far, I have had no problems with clogging. I have found that the spray is different depending on how you press the trigger. If you do quick presses, you get a lateral spritz spray pattern. If you hold the trigger down, you get a more direct spray. My video shows the 2 different spray patterns. First, I used the quick press of the trigger for the lateral spritz spray pattern and then held the trigger for the direct spray pattern. I did use one of these oil sprayers tonight on fish filets and was delighted that I didn’t have to use my finger to spread the oil.

I bought 2 of these Oil dispensers, a green one for avocado oil and a black one for olive oil. What I love about these oils sprayer is:
1) There are two spray patterns. A quick press of the trigger for a dispersed spray and hold the trigger for a direct spray.
2) This dispenser can also be used to pour oil for times it is measured or poured directly into a pan. I no longer need to keep separate bottles for pouring.
3) These dispensers are made of glass and not plastic as many others are.
4) Refilling these oil dispensers is much easier as they have a wide opening that doesn’t require a funnel to fill.
5) These oil dispensers are easy to hold and use whether spritzing or pouring oil.
6) Last but not least, these dispensers actually work with oil and not just water. Some I have bought in the past didn’t work with anything thicker than water or vinegar.

Since I have had these oil dispenser for only a short time, I can’t attest to their longevity, but, so far, I couldn’t be happier with them and would definitely recommend them. I will update this review if my opinion changes over time.

UPDATE 10/15/24:
I decided to clean my old oil sprayers, and now they work great. So, I decided to keep them since they spray a fine mist of oil vs. the heavier spritzing of this oil sprayer. Whether misting, spritzing, or pouring, I think both of these sprayers have their purposes and best uses. I like to keep my options open.

This is the best oil sprayer I have purchased to date. None of the others worked. This one sprays or pours depending on what it’s needed for. Would absolutely purchase again.

I love the ease of being able to refill this product with the oil I use the most! It is easy to spray the tiny fry pan that I use for my eggs or open the poor spout to put some oil in the pasta or pop corn pot! It’s great thanks! The container is glass and that makes me happy, it is easy to clean and light weight. My husband will occasionally sprits the chicken patty when he tosses it in the air fryer as well to make it a little more crispy too! Great product! Easy to hold and to use we have had this for a few months now and no clogs or gumming up of parts, or anything! Going to get a few more to put different oils we use in it all different colors to be able to identify the oils quickly while cooking!

So I saw a video about this product on pintrest and had to try it, as I wanted something like this for years. I was so disappointed that the 1st bottle I was sent did not work at all. No spray whatsoever. But Amazon return policy to the rescue! I sent it back and got a replacement. So, so much better. It actually works! And gives a great spray across my pan and waffle iron. I’m so please to not be buying aerosol cooking spray.

So far it works great. I read that several people had problems. Let me cover those to show how much I like this:
– Fragile. Nope, mine is very well made. Hint: be sure you are purchasing from Amazon. Other sellers may be selling a knock-off.
– Doesn’t spray wide. I found that if you press the button firmly and all the way then it sprays mist-like. If I press lightly or not all the way I get a stream. I view that as a bonus – 2 way sprays!
– Dribbles or drips. Mine does not leak, does not dribble when pouring, no dribbles when spraying. So again, buy an official product.

Those are the main ones. Basically, mine works as described. The only thing I’m waiting for is to see if the sprayer gets clogged after a while. I had a different kind of sprayer several years ago that clogged up after a while, especially if not used often. It would not clear even after soaking it over night. So far we are using this one more frequently since we’ve stopped deep frying. We cook similar to air frying. Lightly oil the pan or cooking sheet then spray the food to cover it with oil. We get results similar to deep frying but without oily food that drips oil everywhere. We’ve breaded meat or veggies, spray them with oil and bake in the oven and it tastes great! Crispy like deep frying without oil all over my hands or plate.
So use it often or clean it if you don’t expect to use it for a while. Otherwise the oil in the sprayer will thicken and dry out to a clot. Ick.
