    Passt echt alles.

I bought two of these, one for a 3rd generation Intel i7 3370K on an ASUS P8Z77-V ATX motherboard that was running a 120 mm push-pull AIO system that was about 13 years old, and the other on an MSI MSI MAG B760 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX motherboard running a 13th generation Intel i5 13500.

The ASUS was running a CPU temperature of 29 °C at idle with a room temperature of 65 °F. With the Noctua, the CPU temperatures dropped to from 23 °C at idle with the same room temperature. I’m not a gamer, so I couldn’t really stress the system, but it never went over 25 with the Noctua doing the things I ordinarily do.

The MSI was running a CPU temperature of between 19 and 22 °C at a room temperature of 65 °F with the OEM Intel fan. With the Noctua, the temperature dropped to 15-17 °C at the same ambient temperature.

I didn’t do any benchmarking with the CPUs stressed, but I’m impressed with the results I got doing the things I do.

There were no RAM or PCIe clearance issues on either motherboard.

The instructions that came with the Noctua were clear and easy to follow. The cooler and all the hardware was very well made. I’m a Noctua convert. The installation went smoothly on both boards, and the mounting system is very sturdy.

For an air cooler system it keeps your cpu frosty while staying quiet. I have not been able to get it above 39c.
It sits on a i7 12700kf. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to go with a liquid cooled system.

I had to build a super tiny mini-itx computer for a dedicated amateur radio SDR rig.

This Noctua NH-U9S fit the bill perfectly and I don’t think I could be happier.

I have built so many computers in the last 25 years that I lost count of how many. Under normal circumstances, I would never use a 92mm fan version of a CPU cooler…never! Most of my builds would be triple or double 120mm’s fans [AIO] or even 140mm fans.

I did not have a choice on this mini-itx build because nothing else would fit.

This Noctua NH-U9S keeps the CPU cool as a cucumber, is utterly silent and is actually appealing to the eye too!

    Couldn’t ask for much more!

    A+++

Cooling fan works great! Keeps my PC cool without using game mode. Big difference from the stock CPU fan it came with my PC. Easy mounting, comes with quite level attachment wire.

This is a lower height CPU cooler that can cool even the hottest CPUs like the Intel LGA 2066 and AMD sockets. I am not a big fan of AIOs, as I have gotten equal, if not better, cooling from a solution like this Additionally, they are easier to install and have a longer life, since there is not coolant that evaporates or a pump to fail.

    Pros:
Easy to install. Took me a short bit of time to install.
Has mounting hardware for many common socket types.
    Can support push/pull fan configuration.
    Quality build.
Black coating that looks great since most motherboards are black.
Uses 92mm fans that have good static pressure and are not power hungry.
    Very quiet.
Has everything you need to install it included.

    Cons:
    Can be considered costly
Does not have the clearance for some SFF cases.

My temps with this cooler have been great even when running benchmarks or testing the CPU hard.

This is a standard in air cooling. It is smaller than the larger Noctua coolers, but performs very well. The older lines, with silver and the brown fan cooling, established this pedigree, but the update and total black coloring takes it to the next level. When looking for an air cooling solution, this is one to consider, especially for black builds that do not have the room for a full size cooling solution.

After building my first PC and attempting to run the Intel stock cooler it became evident I needed better cooling. I was above 80 C until I added two more case fans and replaced the cooler with this Noctua NH-U9S. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My experience was a little more involved because I was replacing on an existing build so I had to do a fair amount of dismantling. I specifically did not want any RGB and the Chromax Black looked amazing. With it only being 92 mm it fit perfectly in my case. After running it now for a couple months I am very pleased with its performance. Depending on the ambient temperature of my room, the CPU never goes above 62 C. A very dramatic improvement. I first ran the cooler with the quiet mode cable that comes with it but have since removed it because I could not control the fan curve in the bios with it plugged in. Overall would highly recommend for someone who doesn’t want RGB and looking for great value and wants to adequately cool their CPU.
