came damaged – crushed.

Although the description says itโs made by the โduct tapeโ people, this particular tape doesnโt have the tac that youโre used to if youโve used regular duct tape. Itโs more similar to the low tac blue masking tape. Still useable around the house but not as much as if it had more โstickโ to it.

I recently purchased a second roll of this, after liking and using the first one so much. I’m surprised that I don’t see this marketed for what I purchased this for and use it for, which is marking, for which it works great. I originally purchased this when we were having a large tree planted in our front yard, to mark on a nearby low brick wall where it should be oriented (like marking a point along a compass). The tape is rubber-like with an adhesive that both adheres but is also easily removed. I then started using it for other marking purposes, flagging various items outside (such as a valve I didn’t want turned, and some branches to be trimmed). After that, I found it constantly being helpful for marking for carpentry (instead of pencil marks), recording (I’m a composer) to mark alignments of microphones and speakers, and for any other marking need. In short, it’s great for marking and should be rated higher than it is — but for marking (for which I’d give it 5 stars). This particular tape should not, in my opinion, be marketed as duct tape because it’s far too narrow for that, and the adhesive seems to be designed to be easily removable (somewhat like Post-It Notes), which is great for marking but not for duct sealing.

not worth the bother, no where near as good as it should be. waste of money
Teresa Sierra –
Really good for what I needed.
Is sticky enough and easy to handle

I need red tape for my kids’ school project. For that purpose it’s very functional. However, you cannot reuse the tape at all. Once you stick it on someplace but decide to take it off for whatever reason, you cannot just stick that piece on again. There’s not enough stickiness and it will soon thereafter peel off.

We love this tape. However, obviously if you try to re-tape an area, the adhesion is weakened. But, not a reason to pass this product by. We use it on certain packaging and to mark project boards in a grid pattern. The ideas for usage are limitless.

This is exactly what you’d expect: a roll of thin red duct-tape. It’s sticky so it sticks to stuff.

It works good just not as strong as I expected

I use this to clearly differentiate some items and the color really helps it to stand out for that. Tears off easily, no need for scissors. Though I do not use it for this, just a heads up that it is NOT good for any kind of writing on. So long as you donโt expect to do so, this product is great
