Thermal sensor went out in less than two months. Won’t dry clothes. Stuck on cooling mode.

I’ve had his dryer 2 years , the motor is very loud, to dry one load it takes about 2 hours , I’ve had it repaired 2 times a sock got in motor, the lint light came on we cleaned it dryer still not working looking on YouTube I would have to take the entire lint out vacuumed it out .

door latch broke within a few months then door HINGE broke and door fell on my foot, good luck finding repair parts , customer service is HORRID! & takes hours to dry a load since sensor is weird,

The delivery was smooth and issue free – in fact it arrived a day early – which was good. setting it up and understanding the use was simple. it has worked great and has a lot of variability in modes of drying. and it has a lot of capacity (like it says… hahah). great appliance.

I traced this model number on Midea website and it states that this in NOT a heat pump dryer. It is conventional 240V electric resistance heat dryer.
You should correct this immediately to avoid costly errors and return shipping nightmares!
