roborock Q7 Max Robot Vacuum and Mop Description
- Deeper Cleaning with Powerful 4200 Pa Suction: With an incredible maximum suction power of 4200 Pa, the Q7 Max easily lifts debris and pet hair from floors, drags it from cracks, and draws it from carpets. When a carpet is detected, it will automatically increase its suction to the maximum for deep cleaning.
- Vacuum and Mop Simultaneously: To get rid of fine dust that vacuuming alone might miss, the Q7 Max can vacuum and mop simultaneously. Equipped with an electronic pump, the Q7 Max offers 30 water flow levels so you can fine-tune cleaning to match your floor types and preferences.
- Clean Smarter with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation: LiDAR navigation, which is incredibly accurate, can now be viewed in 3D, building precise maps of your home. It also monitors cleaning routes efficiently. You can virtually recreate your home by adding furnishings and flooring materials.
- Combined Dustbin & Water Tank: Combining the 470 ml dustbin and 350 ml water tank means that you can clean more often without worrying about emptying or refilling.
- Multi-directional Floating All-Rubber Brush: An all-rubber brush strongly resists hair tangles making it ideal for tackling long hair and pet hair. Multi-directional design means the brush can be closer to the floor to provide deeper and more efficient cleaning.
- Long-Lasting Cleaning: The Q7 Max can run for up to 180 minutes on a single charge with a specially designed battery, or for a maximum vacuuming area of 3229 square sqft.

The vac seemed to do a good job. I tried several times and days to get the mopping device installed and never achieved success. I had my daughter try and she couldn’t get it to engage either. It was getting close to the return deadline, and I chose to return it. It was also difficult to set “no go Zones”. My home is 2304 sq. ft. and it never completed a session with out having to go back to the dock to recharge.
I am considering the Roborock Q8 Max as soon as I receive my refund. I have purchased 4 Roborock robotic vac and have been pleased with every one of them .

It takes three hours to clean my house, its battery life supports the whole clean without going back to charge.
Pro: strong suction, long battery life, multi story capability, design different types of clean sessions
Con: must remove mopping unit if needed to vacuum carpet, otherwise it wonโt enter the room. Dust bin sharing real estate with water container.
All in all, itโs worth the cost, Iโve tried 3 different brands, Roborock performance is the best.

I have had this robot vacuum for a couple of months now. I shopped for vacuums during black Friday, and after seeing not-great reviews on a bigger name-brand option, I found Roborock. After some research, I decided to purchase this vacuum as it fit my budget. I LOVE this vacuum. Suction power is much higher than my previous Shark robot vacuum. The mop option was a bonus as I was I didn’t necessarily want or need a mop function. However, being able to mop my kitchen floor on demand with little effort from me, is a great feature. The integration with the app is seamless. It only took one trip around my house to map all the rooms and spaces. After mapping, I was easily able to use the app to set up “no-go zones”. This was especially nice since the rug in my living room is too high so the vacuum does get stuck on it. I can add furniture within the app too (like a bed or couch). I can also set up different vacuum schedules. For instance, I have it run every morning but that daily schedule does not include my kid’s bedroom since there are typically toys and clothes on the floor that may cause issues. When I want to vacuum all rooms (when I know all of the floors are clear), it is a simple tap in the app. The robot is continuously mapping when it runs, as well. So, if your initial mapping included a piece of furniture that gets moved, it will “see” that the next time it runs and clean the floor where the furniture once was. I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum!

It was time to retire my old Roborock E4 so I went shopping. Did my research and place an order to a highly rates unit. 5 minutes into a test drive, it failed many of my tests. Returned and ordered another highly rated unit which not only was defective but also wouldn’t pass muster. Returned to Roborock and ordered a model which fit my price range and was highly rated. Passed all tests with flying colors. Easy setup & connection, accurate mapping, picked up more dirt, dust & dog hair, bigger dustbin, quieter, better docking, etc. All & all, really happy. Only con I found is that it doesn’t work with magnetic boundary tape but it apparently has some kind of built in no go zone function. Too busy to learn that right now so will just use the pool noodle trick until I have more time. I highly recommend this unit.

This robot vacuum and mop from Roborock has revolutionized my cleaning routine, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating from me.
Let’s start with the positives. The mapping feature is a godsend, providing multi-level mapping and customizable no-go and no-mop zones. This allows for efficient and thorough cleaning without worrying about the robot getting stuck or causing any mishaps.
Additionally, the battery life is simply incredible. With up to 180 minutes of runtime, this robot can easily clean my entire house on just a fraction of the battery, making it incredibly efficient and reliable.
I also appreciate the customizable suction power, which allows for quiet operation if desired. This is especially handy for maintaining a peaceful atmosphere while the robot does its job.
However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. The dust bin is on the smaller side, requiring frequent emptying, and the water reservoir for the mop is tiny, necessitating frequent refills. Despite these shortcomings, the overall performance and convenience of this robot far outweigh these minor inconveniences.
In summary, if you’re considering investing in a mapping robot vacuum and mop, look no further than this Roborock Q7 Max. It’s a game-changer in terms of efficiency, convenience, and overall performance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to simplify their cleaning routine with minimal effort.

I was truly amazed how the device mapped out our home then did a terrific job in cleaning the house. We have a dog that sheds an awful lot and the roomba cleaned the house as if we didnโt have any pet at all. Great invention.

Highly recommend this here robot vacuum. It cleans in orderly lines and orders me to clean it. Very easy to maintain, and makes life with adhd much cleaner. It mops too which is nice, youโll want to get more pads if you plan on using it a lot without cleaning the pad. Cleans my shag carpet very well and loudly, but not an unpleasant noise, just loud on carpets/max suction.

I have an older RoboRock downstairs and an iRobot upstairs. My old RoboRock works great but it’s pretty basic on features. My iRobot is horrible. It doesn’t pick up well AT ALL (leaves huge dust bunnies everywhere – it’s like it gathers up pet hair and dust, bundles it, then drops it in random places). I also had it setup to avoid going into certain rooms (my office where I have cables around). Well, $200 in replaced cables because my stupid iRobot chewed them all up even though it wasn’t supposed to go into that room!!!
I needed to get a vacuum that did better than my existing vac and chose the RoboRock Q7 because I already knew my downstairs Roborock is great and loved the features that they advertised for the Q7. I was easily able to map both upstairs and downstairs and tell it where to go and where not to go. Also, the vacuum easily recognizes the different floor types and adjusts its vacuuming accordingly. I LOVE that you can tell the vacuum to do multiple passes too! I’ll have it run 2 passes per floor and it has plenty of battery life and the floors come out super clean!
The LIDAR feature works great too. I have some things that I don’t just want the vacuum to slam into just to figure out it should go around. It does a great job of seeing items and going around them.
In short – I love this vacuum. I wish I had this available when I bought that stupid iRobot for hundreds more!
