8/10 on assembly. It’s lightweight and easy to assemble But You have to really push down or use the mallet to make them fall in place some bars were a bit bent on the end which made them hard to fit into the hole. I wasn’t expecting this many pieces. The box came in was slightly larger than the size of a shoebox so that tells you how many small pieces there were the instructions show over 100 pieces. But the assembly is not difficult just takes time.

7/10 on sturdiness i’m not sure if I missed pressing down on one somewhere, but it does rock slightly back-and-forth could be user error. Does look like it could support a lot though if I put heavier items at the bottom.

8/10 design One thing to note is that in the video, there is a design pattern on the gray covers but I received mine and it was just solid grey. But over all nice for garage use or utility area.

This is EXACTLY what I needed. The most attractive thing to me was the different heights of tiers. Not a usual feature for shelves and so flexible!! I may need to get a few more. Such a great value too.

So, I’m in the process of rearranging my bedroom and I got this little shelf for some extra storage.

It arrived pretty quickly, and putting it together wasn’t very hard. I will say, the instructions aren’t super detailed, but it’s generally easy to figure out how to set it up, and they include a little wooden mallet to help put it together which was nice.

Despite being such a lightweight shelf, it actually is very sturdy. I’m goth, and have a couple pairs of platforms and other heavy shoes and the shelf is holding up very well. No bending or buckling of the metal poles, and the plastic mats haven’t torn or stretched at all. That being said, I’m sure you could probably break the plastic parts if you really wanted to, they aren’t invincible or anything.

But overall, I’d say it was worth the money I spent. Does its job as described, and doesn’t take up very much space in my bedroom at all. I would probably buy one of these again if I needed another.

I’m going to be as detailed as possible in my review to save others time when putting it together and why I dinged them a star.

I’m a 57 yr old female. I put this together myself in less than an hour. Approx 50 minutes from the time I took everything out of the box.

I organized the parts (pics) and made sure they were all there. I looked over the instructions. They kind of suck, so I looked at the picture online and went by that mostly after the initial piece was built. I referred to the instructions to make sure I got the vertical rods on the right correct for the bottom, then repeated that afterward. Once I got the 1st part of rack done (pic) it was easy just to mimic it building upward. All short rods all the way up the left outside and the center rods are the same size. Horizontal rods are all the same size. Make sure you put the mats on as you build. Use the wooden mallot included after assembling each section to make sure rods are in tight. I also checked and pushed them together manually after I was done to make sure everything was tight. I’m glad I did because some areas needed it.

The rack is super lightweight. I carried it into the garage after assembling it in the living room.

My husband wears size 11 shoes. I wear 9. They all fit just fine.

It saves a lot of space. I wished I would have taken a before pic of my shoe area. This freed up a lot of space for me and solved the mess of shoes and looks much better.

I dinged them a star because one of the plastic mats ripped (pic) while assembling it.

Overall, it works and looks good. Is it excellent quality? No. The mats are plastic. But for $26 it’s works as it should. I would not pay any more for it though.
