Small and handy blender, but nevertheless quite powerful – very useful for any tasks to cut or chop or blend anything out of vegetables or fruits. Very satisfied with this blender – 5 stars definitely ✨️

Simple to take out of the box and assemble. So simple you can skip the instructions. Very portable and compact and has power to chop up and puree all kinds of things. It’s a bit loud but using the pulse button on top makes it easier. I use it for pureeing food for my 3 cats. Takes seconds to turn any cat food into gravy. The quality is excellent and versatile – works well on fruits, meats, etc. it’s a nice black color and is very easy to clean

I recently bought this chopper and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It’s incredibly easy to use and makes chopping vegetables a breeze. Cleanup is quick and hassle-free, which is a big plus. The design is compact and efficient, saving both time and effort. However, the only downside is its small size. For larger items, you have to chop them in batches, which can be a bit time-consuming. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall performance is excellent. I highly recommend this chopper for anyone looking for an efficient and easy-to-clean kitchen tool.

Excellent power! Load, press and done!! Everything gets chopped. Easiest mini to use. Compact appearance, super easy to clean. Has cut my prep time significantly. Use my larger one for bigger meals, this one is excellent for throw it all in, press and go!! Second one purchased. We keep one at work too. Great for prepping wrap fixings, salads, quick chopping. Excellent with garlic. That was impressive 😁👏

Note: This is an initial product review after one week of limited and mild use only. I use the machine no more than 45 seconds overall during each use and use it 5 to 7 times a week. I use this product only to blend minced/chunck wet cat food into a patte consistency. This initial review was posted on 28 April 2024. I will follow up with a long-term review, if anything changes.
PERFORMANCE
Positives:
– relatively quiet compared to my old Protor Silex mini food processor
– safety feature is intuitive making it faster to start blending compared to my old Proctor Silex
– does a good job of mincing and blending chunks of meat.
– hand clean up is very easy. I quick rinse the blending compartment, the blade and the top/cover with hot sink water, spray everything with soap and then fill with hot sink water to the top, close the cover/lid & let it sit for a little while in the sink. When I have the time again, I empty the soapy water, rinse everything out and set aside to dry.
Negatives
– The gap between the low and the high blade is big enough so that anything under 4 oz will not mince or blend evenly. Even after stopping and pushing the food down, 3 different time in-between the blending, chunks of meat still remained unblended. The 5.5 oz can wet cat food blends perfectly in about 20 or so seconds.
BUILD QUALITY
– After using it in a limited and mild capacity for only a week, the initial impression is that the motor is strong, but overall the unit feels light, plasticky and on the cheaper side. The proctor silex unit felt a sturdier & better built than this. I hope though that this unit lasts longer than my proctor silex unit, which lasted only 8 months of mild use before it died. 30-45 second use, 1 time a day, 5 to 7 days a week.

This thing is magical to me. We like a lot of garlic in our dishes. We’d been using the minced garlic in the jar from Costco. But now we buy the peeled garlic cloves (also at Costco) and just drop several into this and pulse it a few times. It’s absolutely wonderful! It leaves garlic not as small as minced, but more chopped. What a time saver! And so simple to use! I don’t know how I ever got along without it.

It’s small size makes it easy to store or leave on the counter without taking too much space. Works great, blends smoothly. Great power for such a small machine, not louder than expected considering what it is. Looks great, seems high quality so far in the few months I’ve had it, not cheaply made.

I got this mini-food processor because my other one was just too big for small portions, like chopping a cup of nuts, or fruit. This processor has been absolutely perfect! It’s easy to use and clean. It can chop, dice, or mince. It’s awesome and worth the price!

I purchased the Hamilton Beach Electric Vegetable Chopper & Mini Food Processor, 3-Cup to be able to chop up garlic, ginger and more. It works well and small enough to store anywhere, which I truly like.
It is cute and can chop up quite a bit. The cord comes attached to connect to outlet and easy to use. It doesn’t leak and contains everything inside well. Durable and great price, too. I recommend purchase.
