I bought this chair this week (09/30/22) with my money. I was not given anything by Kelty for this review.
From the moment I got it out of the box, I knew it was quality. Unlatched the cover and set it up in a split second. My wife and I sat on it and were instantly impressed. We are both over 6′ tall. I’m a big dude at 285. We were comfortable and the chair gave no indication of my chunkyness stressing the legs. The drink holders are brilliant. My 64oz. Hydroflash snuggled in perfectly while my wife’s soda nestled into the smaller holder with ease. She got up and the chair did not move. I got up and it did not move. It was sturdy! I wrapped it up and got it back in travel mode in about a minute.
If you’re thinking, just buy it. We got the dark colored one and it’s beautiful. I am actually thinking about buying another one for our daughter and using the other spot for towels and such.
Worth every penny.

Elevate your outdoor game with this folding settee/loveseat.
Great for picnics, campfires, cookouts, spectating at your kid’s sporting events, etc. We use this in the bed of our truck to watch polo from the sidelines.
Sturdy, well-made, and with a functional wrap-and-strap bag. Too heavy to carry long distances, although we did see a young guy lugging it to a music festival this year!
If you have short legs, or if you just don’t like sitting in “sling” style chairs, you may want to add a throw pillow to each seat.
Overall a great product. Easy to deploy, easy to fold, very sturdy. And pretty comfy for most body types.
Highly recommend and would buy again.

We upgraded our old trusty Kelty loveseat with this new padded model. It is well designed and should last many years just like our previous one. We don’t have a use for the padded “case” which is too bulky, and unwieldy to wrap the chair. We will use our old “sleeve” from previous chair for transport. I removed the buckles from the padded “case” and will use it as a “skirt” – – basically sit on half of it and drape the other half over the seat edge to block cold air from behind our legs.

So comfy, looks great, space saving, light weight, easy pack away. Best chair we have ever had.

Bought this for sharing or solo lounging at camp and it worked great. Easy to share a big blanket with this arrangement, and it fit well under the gazebo or beside the campfire.
Admittedly not the most comfortable camp chair, but otherwise really well designed. The cup holders are fantastic, and hold a lot in a structured way. It’s easy to pack/unpack, and we draped the transport cover over the back of the seat for an extra pocket. Feels really sturdy, and it’s going to get a lot of use.

Double chair. Easy to open and store. Very durable. This chair puts you at a higher heights than normal camp fire chairs.

Paid for a new item, received a used one.

This is the best chair for two people – ever. Very sturdy and comfortable. We think every couple needs one, so we bought this one as a gift. We have had ours now for maybe 7 years? Folds well, travels well, cleans up well, no dry rot.

It’s very high-quality and I love how it wraps up and its own blanket thing however, I did not find it comfortable at all. It’s very upright and you can feel the Front edge of the chair too much so to make it comfortable. Don’t know why it has such high reviews on comfort I have long legs and no butt so maybe that’s why I find it uncomfortable?

Comfortable, perfect camping loveseat.

We Love this chair! We take it and use it everywhere.. to the beach, to the park, camping, hiking, movies in the backyard on our projector screen, to the fireworks.. the strap is very comfortable, and I’ve walked a couple miles with it with no issues.
It’s very sturdy, and we love that we can sit next to each other. Often times all 4 of us (two adults and two small children) end up snuggled up in the chair, or two of us in the chair and the other two sitting on the padded carry cover.
We also drink out of the big 32oz Nalgene water bottles quite frequently, and I love that they fit in the cup holders, and we still have room to put our phones in the added space there.
The ONLY thing I can gripe about (and it’s a very mild annoyance) is it’s a bit odd if I’m trying to put my arm around my partner.. it puts her head and shoulders a bit too far forward.. making it a little uncomfortable for her, and cutting off my circulation after a while. It is most likely just the way our proportions fall in relation to the chair, not a design flaw, but something to note nonetheless. This is our first folding/camp chair that hasn’t come from a sale from a box-box store.. and I don’t think We’ll ever go back. Highly recommend!
